Relax & Let Go with 10 Breaths
Short on time but need to kick start a period of relaxation? Just ten breaths is all you need. Take a deep breath in, let go and relax in less than a minute. Follow the guidance for the first five breaths, then continue breathing for another five. Don't worry if your breaths don't match the spacing in the commentary - everyone will be different - go at your own pace.
