Find a spot to sit or lay wherever you feel most comfortable.
Let's focus on the breath.
Deep breath into the belly and out.
And again in and out.
Focus on a spot on the wall in front of you.
And again,
Expand your peripheral vision whilst continuing your focus on this spot.
As wide as you can,
Whilst slowing breathing.
And out.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Let's relax the body,
Starting at the head.
Relax your head,
Relax your scalp,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your chin,
Your neck,
Your chest,
Every muscle in your back,
Your stomach,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Right down to the ankles,
Feet,
And relaxing all 10 toes.
Imagine you're walking down a path on a beautiful sunny day,
Breathing in the fresh air,
Feeling the warm sun rays on your skin,
And you walk towards the staircase,
Out in nature,
Ready to step down that staircase as we count backwards,
One step at a time,

Beautiful birds,
Butterflies,
Flowers of every colour.
You feel open and ready as you declare the following statements in your mind.

Grounded,
And clear in every situation.
I am safe in my body.
I am attracting opportunities and abundance that align with my talents.
I am confident,
