This is Stephanie.
This is a guided sleep meditation to help you achieve your life goals,
All whilst falling asleep.
You don't need to do anything right now,
Just allow yourself to relax,
Lay down in a comfortable position,
And allow your body to be fully supported.
Take a deep breath into the belly,
And slowly breathe out,
And again,
Deep breath into the belly,
And breathe out,
And when you're ready,
Gently allow your eyes to close.
Continue slow and steady breaths in,
And long breaths out.
Now let's gently relax the body,
Starting at the top of your head,
Let the scalp soften,
Let the forehead release,
Relax the eyes,
Soften the jaw,
Allow the tongue to rest,
Relax the neck and shoulders,
Let your chest feel heavy,
Soften your stomach,
Release the arms and your back,
Let your hips relax,
Let your legs become heavy,
And relax your feet and toes.
It's time to get deep into relaxation,
And as I count backwards from ten,
You'll become more relaxed with each count,
Ten,
Seven,
Six,
Deeper,
Five,
Three,
Two,
And one,
Now completely relaxed.
I will guide you through suggestions to instill confidence and create success in your life,
Whilst you're in deep relaxation,
And as you drift off into a deep and restorative sleep,
I am safe in this moment,
I am allowed to rest,
I am enough as I am,
There is nothing I need to fix right now,
I am allowed to take a break,
And reset,
There are no setbacks or failures,
For every door that closes,
More and greater doors open,
I am resilient,
I continue to learn and grow,
I give energy to people,
Places and things that support my growth,
Making proactive steps,
No matter how big or small,
I keep going,
I have come so far,
Opportunities unfold naturally in their own way,
I am supported in ways I may not even notice yet,
I don't force outcomes,
I am capable and confident,
I believe in my skills and abilities,
I am on my unique path,
And my worth is not defined by comparisons,
I am determined,
I am worthy of success and fulfilment,
And I can let the day go now,
Continue breathing deeply,
Letting go of all effort completely,
And as you rest,
Your mind can continue to settle,
