Welcome to this guided affirmations meditation.

By repeating the following positive statements regularly,

They will become engraved on your subconscious mind and so trigger your subconscious mind to act in accordance with your repeated words,

Bringing you the desired outcome.

Ensure distractions are limited and sit comfortably.

Close your eyes if you wish and begin to be aware of your body.

Notice any areas of tension,

Acknowledge them and try to relax.

For a short while until the gong,

Focus on your breath.

Notice how your in-breath affects your body and emotions differently to your out-breaths.

So,

P tot typical body knots from our previous promised or total Lorentz Life is not always peaceful.

It throws us challenges and dramas that can leave us feeling off-centre and unbalanced.

Yet we can acknowledge this is so,

See these as opportunities to grow and choose peaceful reactions.

Let's begin our affirmations.

I will suggest an affirmation and leave space for you to repeat.

I am grateful to be alive.

I experience a sense of peace and love with every breath I take.

I radiate peace and love to others.

I accept myself as I am and accept others as they are.

I choose to forgive.

I am not a victim of my past.

I am an island of peace in every situation.

I am at peace with myself and the world.

I am calm,

I am peaceful and I am serene.

Breathe in and breathe out.

I am calm.

Now,

After each affirmation has been repeated,

I will leave space for you to feel that the statement is already true,

A reality now.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. What I love about this affirmation set is the space you created for feeling each affirmation. Space to see try them on and see if they fit and, if so, the space later on to own them. Repetition in affirmations is always important yet real ownership is mastery.
