Hi,

My name is Stella Primo and I thank you in advance for listening to the 61 points practice with rose petal kisses.

This is a deep relaxation practice and can be practiced any time of day or night.

The essence of this practice is to bring in more softness and joy and the most comfortable position that I recommend is that you be in a supine position in shavasana to receive the most benefits of the deep relaxation.

But if that doesn't work for you,

Being in a seated posture will work just fine and the only requirement is that you be very comfortable in whatever position you choose to be in.

So that's been the practice.

Come down to your position,

Whether it be supine or seated and make yourself very comfortable with a blanket on top of you,

A bolster under or a pillow under your knees for support and a light pillow underneath your head to support your neck and shoulders if that's what you usually use.

So make any adjustments and make yourself about 5% more comfortable,

Whatever you can do to settle in.

Take a couple of deep breaths,

Filling yourself all the way up and softly releasing the exhale.

Do this two to three more times,

Completely filling and emptying the breath.

Notice with every inhale you fill up and nurture and every exhale you surrender softly.

Last breath.

Begin to bring your awareness to the third eye center right between the eyebrows and make this essence of softness and joy as you imagine,

Rose petal kisses right at the eyebrow center.

Your awareness to the throat,

To the pit of the throat,

A little hollow where the clavicle comes together.

Imagine rose petal kisses here with the essence of softness and joy.

The right shoulder blade,

Rose petal kisses,

The right elbow,

Softness and joy,

The right wrist,

The right hand thumb,

The index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

The right wrist,

Right elbow,

Right shoulder,

The throat center,

The left shoulder,

Rose petal kisses,

The left elbow,

Left wrist,

The tip of the left hand thumb,

The index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

The left wrist,

Left elbow,

Left shoulder,

The throat center,

The heart center,

Essence of softness and joy deep in the body,

The left chest deep in the body,

Rose petal kisses,

The heart center,

The right chest deep in the body,

The heart center,

Navel center deep in the body,

Essence of softness and joy,

The pelvic center deep in the body near the sacrum,

Rose petal kisses,

Softness and joy,

The right hip joint,

The right knee,

The right ankle,

The tip of the right big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Fifth toe,

The right ankle,

Right knee,

Right hip joint,

The sacrum,

Left hip joint,

Left knee,

Left ankle,

The tip of the left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Fifth toe,

The left ankle,

Left knee,

Left hip,

The pelvic center near the sacrum,

The navel center deep in the body,

The heart center,

Softness and joy,

The hollow of the throat,

Rose petal kisses,

The third eye center,

The space right between the eyebrows,

Let your awareness rest here.

Taking a moment to just feel the sensations of softness and joy in the body,

All around your body being held and cradled by Mother Earth as you softly,

Softly nurture yourself,

Body,

Mind and spirit and stay here in this essence for just a moment or two longer.
