Hi,
This is Stefania and this is the second of a series of four morning EFT emotional freedom technique guided tapping sessions to lift our spirits if we've been having a hard time lately.
It's something to help us focus on improvement and things getting better.
Let's start the mornings with hope and faith rather than discouragement and disappointment.
Just a quick review of the tapping points before we start.
The tapping points are the side of the hand,
Otherwise called the karate chop point.
You tap on the side of the hand with your dominant hand,
Fingers lightly.
The eyebrow point,
The inner edge of your eyebrows.
The side of the eye,
Gently near the temple,
Under the eye,
Under the nose.
The chin point,
The point below your mouth and above your chin.
The collarbone point,
Just under your collarbone.
You can do one side or you can do both.
Under the arm and the crown.
The top of your head.
Okay,
Again if you want to you can take that measurement one to ten,
How you feel.
Ten is the most tense,
One is the most relaxed.
And then at the end of our session you can go back and see if there's been any change.
But if you don't want to do that,
You might be confused how do I feel.
Don't worry about it,
It's okay.
Right,
Let's just sit or stand comfortably.
Relax as much as possible and take some deep breaths.
In and out.
One more time.
In and out.
And let's begin.
Karate chop point.
Even though I might feel a bit tense,
I love,
Accept and honor myself.
Even though I might be feeling down,
Feeling confused,
Feeling discouraged,
Feeling like I don't want to start this day.
I love,
Honor and accept myself.
I embrace the new day with hope and openness.
Eyeball point.
I am resilient.
I am strong.
Side of eye.
I welcome positive transformation.
Under the eye,
I am worthy of good things happening to me.
Under the nose,
I release the past and look forward to what's ahead.
Chin point.
I am a magnet for positive outcomes.
Collarbone.
Every breath I take fills me with optimism.
Under the arm,
I trust in my ability to thrive.
Back to the top of the head.
Let's do it again.
I embrace the new day with hope and openness.
Eyebrow.
I am resilient.
I am strong.
Side of eye.
I welcome positive transformations.
Under the eye,
I am worthy of good things happening to me.
Under the nose,
I release the past and look forward to what's ahead.
Chin point.
I am a magnet for positive outcomes.
Collarbone point.
Every breath I take fills me with optimism.
And under the arm,
I trust in my ability to thrive.
And the top of the head.
I do more than survive.
I thrive.
Okay.
Again,
Let's have some deep breaths.
And out.
In.
And out.
And surround ourselves in a lovely white light of peace and fortitude.
And let's say this affirmation.
I'm alive.
I thrive.
I welcome the good that I bring and receive this day.
I do more than survive.
I thrive.
Things can only get better for me.
And so it is.
And when you're doing the tapping,
If some words come to you that are different from what we are practicing,
Let them come.
Personalize it.
If it comes from your heart,
Let it out.
Let your day be filled with light and progress.
You're a miracle.
You are amazing.
Okay?
We'll be coming soon with parts 3 and 4.
In the meantime,
Feel free to do 1 and 2 as many times as you want.
Just work with them.
Internalize them.
Personalize them if you want.
And if you did give yourself a little measurement of a reading between 10 and 9,
Did you notice any change?
10 being the most tense,
1 being the most relaxed.
Did you notice even a small change?
If you didn't,
That's perfectly okay.
Many blessings to you.
Bye for now.
