EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - Tapping - is useful for helping us achieve a bit of peace of mind & open our hearts and minds to life's gifts. Today, we will tap on the meridians whilst saying words and positive affirmations to help us begin our day with good energy, intention and love and to be more open to life’s blessings. We will tap on releasing old energy first, & then tap whilst using loving affirmations. I'll describe the points, so you can tap along, or just repeat the affirmations.

Hi,

This is Stefania,

And this is a short tapping session to begin a new day with intention,

With good energy,

And with focus,

Knowing that you,

We,

Are good enough.

I'll go through the points as we go through the session so you can follow along.

First,

Let's take a deep breath and kind of slow down and focus our energy.

And let's begin.

Tapping the side of your hand,

Tap with your dominant hand,

It's called Karate Point.

I embrace the energy of this new day.

Stay on that point.

Maybe yesterday didn't go well for me,

But I accept myself completely.

I accept and love myself completely as I am.

Maybe nothing has gone quite right,

As I have wanted it to be lately.

But still,

I love and accept myself completely,

As I am.

Maybe I've been disappointed.

Maybe I've been disappointed.

But I still love and accept myself as I am.

On top of your head,

The crown,

But every day is a fresh new day.

Your inner eyebrows,

It's a gift of life for 24 more hours.

The side of your eye,

I'm ready to release anything that has gone before and start fresh.

Under the eye,

I release any past hurts and disappointments.

Under your nose,

I'm ready to move on.

Under your lower lip,

Just right above the chin,

I'm ready to take charge of my life.

Color bones,

I choose faith in myself.

Underarm the side of your body,

I choose goodness.

Back to the crown,

I choose determination to find my right perfect actions for today.

Inner eyebrows,

I choose to follow through on my plan for today.

Because I know I'm good enough.

Under eye,

I'm ready to enjoy this day,

Come what may.

Under your nose,

I am grateful.

Under your lower lip,

Above the chin,

I am amazing and unique.

Color bone,

I bless this day to work out for both myself and anybody else involved.

I bless this day to work out for good for both myself and anybody else involved.

Underarm,

And so it is.

Crown,

And so it is.

Stop tapping and put your hand over your heart,

Please.

Have a nice deep breath in.

And out.

And now,

It's time to start your day.

To do the thing that you and only you can do,

The thing that you were meant to do this day.

You are amazing.

You are unique.

You are good enough.

And so it is.
