These are affirmations for relaxation and a peaceful sleep composed because I was inspired by the writings of the metaphysician Florence Scovel Shinn. She’s the author of many books including ‘The Game of Life and How to Play It’. The affirmations are designed in the hope that we can be inspired and feel a greater sense of prosperity and knowledge that it is with us always. We are surrounded by plenty. As these are relaxing wind-down affirmations, you don’t need to repeat them, just listen and be open to the energy as you relax. Music: Relaxing Time, Vol 1

Hi,

This is Stefania,

And you might be familiar already with the writer Florence Scovel Shinn.

She was born back in 1871.

Florence Scovel Shinn,

She was an American artist and a book illustrator who transitioned into becoming a New Thought spiritual leader and metaphysical writer in her middle years.

Maybe you know her first book,

It was called The Game of Life and How to Play It.

Another one of her books is called Your Word is Your Wand.

Though her work was delivered a long time ago,

Her writing is as current now as it was in her day.

Florence believed that the invisible forces are ever working for us.

We're always pulling the strings ourselves,

Though we don't know it.

Owing to the vibratory power of words,

Whatever one voices,

One begins to attract.

That's from The Game of Life.

I've read a few of her books,

So here is a third of a series of affirmations that have been composed and inspired by those writings to help us,

To motivate us,

To live the positive lifestyle that we deserve with increased gratitude and abundance.

This is the last of those three parts.

These are for bedtime relaxation and a peaceful sleep,

So you don't need to repeat them after me,

But just listen and let the energy wash over you and sink into your subconscious mind as you relax into sleep and look forward to waking up tomorrow refreshed and ready to start your day.

The four winds of success now blow to me my own.

From north,

South,

East,

And west comes my endless good.

I am harmonious,

Poised,

And magnetic.

It is safe to let go and relax.

There is no competition on the spiritual plane.

What is rightfully mine is given me under grace.

I sleep peacefully,

Knowing all is well.

I banish the past and now live in the wonderful now,

Where happy surprises come to me each day.

I can relax and sleep peacefully tonight.

Rhythm,

Harmony,

And balance are now established in my mind,

Body,

And affairs.

I'm okay.

I let go of worn out things and worn out thoughts and relax.

I trust that the universe will provide me with all the resources I need to succeed.

I release all worries and trust in the process of life.

Every breath I take fills me with calm and tranquility.

I am surrounded by a peaceful and loving energy.

My mind is a sanctuary of serenity,

Free from stress.

My dreams are filled with positivity and gentle guidance.

I trust in the unfolding of my life's path,

Knowing all is well.

I surrender to the soothing rhythm of my breath.

Each night I release the day and welcome restful sleep.

My dreams are a reflection of my inner calm and balance.

I am grateful for the peaceful moments that fill my sleep.

I choose to let go and embrace the peace that surrounds me.

I am protected and blessed.

I am deserving of all the goodness the universe has to offer.

I release the need to control every situation.

I surrender to the unlimited possibilities that are available to me.

I release all past grievances and forgive myself and others.

I let go of the need for approval from others and embrace my authentic self.

Tomorrow is a new day.

Now,

Let's take a breath in,

Hold it,

And gently let it out.

And again,

Let's take that breath in,

Gently hold it,

And let it out.

Yawn if you feel the need,

And it's now time for a wonderful sleep.

Good night and bless.

All is well.
