Hi,
This is Stefania,
And let's just have a few minutes meditation to calm our minds and our spirits and know that we are one with universal goodness.
This is a meditation that was written by Ernest Holmes,
Who is the founder of the religious science movement,
And he wrote a lot of metaphysical-type books.
He said,
Out there in the vast reaches of outer space and here in the equally vast reaches of inner space,
Everything is in order.
Our task is to begin to understand that the universal mind is resident everywhere and also of necessity within us.
This is a short meditation that we can do any time that we feel lost or disconnected or just alone.
We're one with the universe.
This is by Ernest Holmes.
I'll read through it first,
And then I'll do it again line by line in case you want to join in.
I now allow the divine wholeness to flow through me in ever-widening circles of activity.
Every sense of limitation melts away,
And every good I have experienced is now increased.
Every joy that has come into my life is multiplied,
And there is a new influx of inspiration into my thought.
I see more clearly than ever before that my divine birthright is freedom,
Joy,
And the experience of good.
Spirit is not limited,
So as a creation of spirit,
I let go of all restricting ideas.
Knowing that life gives according to my faith,
I lift up my thought.
I elevate my faith.
I accept the divine presence as now bountifully expressing as peace and harmony in my life.
I'll repeat it again now line by line,
And you can either just listen and absorb the energy,
Or you can repeat after.
And it does say,
I now accept the divine presence,
But let that be whatever wording resonates with you.
I now allow the divine wholeness to flow through me in ever-widening circles of activity.
