Do you ever feel yourself tightening inside? As if life becomes smaller, heavier, or harder to breathe through? When the mind contracts, it’s easy to forget how spacious and calm you truly are. This meditation guides you into a gentle expansion from your physical body into your naturally spacious, infinite awareness. Here, you’re invited to soften the body, slow the breath, and open the inner space you may have ignored for a long time. As you expand from within - not by effort, but by awareness - the pressure, fear, and “not enoughness” begin to loosen naturally. What was tight becomes wider. What felt overwhelming becomes quieter. This practice helps you reconnect with the steadiness beneath your thoughts, the deeper field of your expanded nature that has always been here. If you’ve been feeling contracted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your own clarity, this meditation will meet you gently and help you return to your natural openness: grounded, spacious, and quietly powerful.

Transcript

Hello sweet you!

In this exercise I would like to invite you to the infinite,

To tune into your true nature of infinite being,

Knowing and enjoying.

Find a quiet,

Cozy spot for yourself where you won't be disturbed and where you can feel safe and comfortable.

Find a comfortable position for your body.

A relaxed mind comes with a relaxed body,

So it is important to release the tension from your body.

Close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths.

Now with your next exhalation set your intention to relax your body and turn your attention towards yourself.

Take another deep breath.

As your breath flows out you get even more relaxed and your attention is turned towards you.

You get aware that your muscles get relaxed.

And you notice how your arms,

Your legs get relaxed.

As they are getting relaxed you feel that they are getting heavier.

You put your attention on this process.

All your body parts lose their tension,

Your jaw drops and your tummy bulges.

You are completely aware of this process.

The more aware you are,

The more this relaxation is happening.

Your attention is on your body and you are aware of all your muscles releasing tension and getting relaxed.

There is no hard concentration involved in this process,

You just switch on your awareness gently and receive the knowing and the sensation of relaxation.

Now expand your awareness and go even deeper into your body.

Go everywhere,

Touch all the cells in your body.

Go even to those places where you have never been before,

To which you rarely pay any attention.

Which are those parts of your body that you neglect?

That you don't like?

Go there now with your awareness.

Just rest your awareness there with openness.

What could you discover about this part of you?

Notice that every little cell working here is a miracle on its own.

And isn't it magical how all your cells are working together?

They are working for you.

They have been here with you since the beginning of your embodiment.

Would you thank your body now that it is here with you,

For you,

That you can count on it,

That it supports you every day despite that many times you don't consider its needs,

Its desires.

Your body is your friend in this embodiment.

It is here for you so that together you could play and discover all the miracles,

The possibilities,

The secrets of life.

Now can you rest your attention in the space in the center of your chest?

As you rest your awareness in this place,

Allow your breath to flow in and flow out through this center.

As your breath gets slower and deeper and more relaxed,

And become the breath itself.

Let your being and awareness expand with your breath as if your whole body would exhale.

From the top of your head to the end of your toes.

Push the edges of your being gently further.

You open up like a blooming flower.

You put down all your resistance,

All your stories and definitions of who you are.

All your barriers and walls behind which you were hiding.

You were hiding your beauty from the world.

Melt now as you expand beyond your body.

Your presence covers the whole room now.

You can reach the walls,

Feel the floor,

And you know that you are there at the door too.

Now go outside of your house.

Reach out to your favorite places in the neighborhood.

Go to the nearby hills,

Forests,

The seaside.

Have the awareness that you are reaching them,

Expanding towards them.

You don't have to do the expansion.

It happens by itself,

Following your intention.

Stay conscious of your breath and with the next exhale expand even further.

Now cover the whole continent.

Expand spherically and go over the world.

Look around the whole world.

Wherever you are turning your attention,

You are there.

Your expansion covers everything.

Expand even further and further,

To whatever you can imagine and cannot imagine,

To the known and to the unknown,

To the infinite.

You are present everywhere.

There is nothing that is not you.

There is no place where you are not present and everything is in you.

Just relax in this space now,

The space of your true self,

The space of peace,

The space of silence,

Serenity,

The space of elegance.

Allow yourself to be it.
