Take a moment to get comfortable,
Either seated with your back straight or lying down,
Whatever position allows you to fully surrender,
To give yourself the chance to just be.
Taking these moments for yourself is such an important piece of building a life that excites you every single day,
A life where anything you want can come to fruition.
As you sit or lay,
I want you to start to pay attention to your breathing,
Paying attention to the inhale and the exhale.
I'm going to have you start to relax your body,
One body part at a time,
Starting with your toes and your feet and your ankles.
Allow your legs to relax,
Relaxing your hips,
Relax your lower back and your abdomen,
Relaxing your upper chest and your upper back.
Take a second to pull your shoulders away from your ears and let them just fully relax,
Relaxing your arms and your fingers and your hands,
Relaxing your neck,
Allowing your face to soften,
Relaxing your jaw,
Pulling your tongue from the roof of your mouth,
And relaxing that area right in between your brows.
At this point,
You're going to take three deep breaths,
Taking an inhale in through your nose,
Inhaling as deep as you possibly can into your abdomen,
And exhaling out of your mouth.
With each exhale,
You relax even further into this moment,
Allowing all your worries to wash away,
Allowing any stress you may have to dwindle.
With that final deep breath,
Allowing yourself to fully surrender into this moment,
Giving you the opportunity to just be here.
The next thing you know,
You're standing in the middle of a meadow.
There are beautiful flowers surrounding you on all sides.
They are bright.
They are beautiful and they make you feel at home.
As you walk through the meadow,
You come to a forest.
The forest is filled with lush trees.
You can smell the crispness in the air.
You see that the trees have vines intertwined around them.
This place has a sense of beauty,
A sense of magic.
As you walk,
You walk over a small wooden bridge.
You see a house in the distance.
You follow a path that leads to the home.
You come to a door and it's almost like it's inviting you in.
The door opens and you walk in.
As you walk in,
You look around and it's familiar.
You recognize it's your kitchen from your childhood.
As you stand there,
You have memories of being here.
You remember being a child.
You walk around,
You touch the cupboards,
You open the fridge,
And you feel the little details and any emotion that pops up for you.
As you are standing in the kitchen,
Your inner child appears.
They look at you and they smile.
They want you to know how proud of you they are.
How much they admire the person that you've become.
And the journey that you're on.
They also want to show you something.
They want to show you what is missing in your life right now.
And they hand you an object.
This object represents whatever that is for you.
Whatever your soul is calling for.
Whatever you need more of in your life.
You look at the object.
You soak it in.
And you feel a sense of emotion come over you.
You look at your inner child who is still smiling and staring at you in awe of the person that you have become.
You thank them for this message.
You wrap your arms around them and you embrace your inner child.
As you do this,
The two of you become one.
You look around the kitchen one more time.
You take the object.
You hold it tightly to your heart.
And you walk back out of the house.
You follow the same path that you followed on the way in.
Walking through the lush trees.
The beautiful scenery.
But this time you feel different.
You know change is coming.
And you're excited about what that means for you.
You step back into the meadow.
You feel the sun shining down on your face.
You feel a sense of peace and love and light.
That no one can take away from you.
You take one deep breath.
And you start to wiggle your fingers and your toes and ground yourself into the earth.
Bringing yourself back into your body.
You take three more of those deep breaths.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth.
Until you finally feel ready to open your eyes.
