Take a moment to get comfortable in your seat.
And when you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
Just allowing your awareness to move inwards.
Becoming present with the stillness of your body.
Becoming present with your breath.
With each breath,
Exhaling to release any tension,
Stiffness.
As you breathe in,
Inviting the body to sit a little taller.
A little more present,
A little more alert.
Beginning with a short breathing exercise.
Breathing with a continuous breath.
From one breath to the next.
Seamlessly allowing your inhale to flow into your exhales.
Your exhale to flow seamlessly into your next inhale.
Without pause.
Each breath without beginning.
Simply a gentle transition.
Slow,
Deep,
Gentle,
Continuous breaths.
Feeling into that continuous breath across your body.
Feeling into that continuous breath outside of your body.
Each breath in,
Inviting confidence.
Releasing doubt.
Releasing fear.
With that continuous breath,
Drawing in the confidence,
Belief,
Knowing.
Deep to the space below the navel.
Exhaling from that space.
Any stuck or stagnant energies.
Limiting beliefs.
Fears.
Feeling into the space below the navel.
The sacral chakra.
The space where many of us tend to hold on to trauma.
Allowing that continuous breath to alchemize deep within that center.
Transmuting all that's holding you back.
Replacing it with confidence.
With strength.
As you continue to breathe in this circular pattern.
Constant flow.
Just allowing your awareness to expand.
Beyond your personal space.
Beyond the walls or the current area where you're physically situated.
Expanding your awareness out into infinite space.
Beyond all borders.
Across all lines.
Above and past the clouds.
As if you're leaving your body behind.
Entering into the unified field.
Where infinite possibilities.
And all that you desire exists.
With infinite space.
Infinite time.
And as you enter into this unified field.
Just imagining ahead of you.
A tunnel of blue healing light.
Just moving and floating towards this tunnel.
Being drawn in by its warmth.
Moving through this blue healing light.
And as you travel through this tunnel.
Feel all the layers.
Of the doubts.
The fears.
The past trauma.
The limiting beliefs.
Shedding.
Gently coming off.
And all being left behind.
All that heaviness.
That's been holding you down.
Holding you stuck.
Being pulled away by this blue healing light.
And as you begin to see the light at the end of this tunnel.
Just feel yourself emerging.
Into the lands.
Of pure potential.
Stepping into the lands.
Of the future.
And as you step out into.
A nature scene.
Looking up.
Over the horizon.
Seeing a figure appear.
Making its way towards you.
As this figure approaches.
Noticing familiarity.
With their energy.
As they get closer.
Seeing.
That you're about to meet.
Your future self.
The future self.
From the land of infinite possibilities.
Where all that you've been longing for.
Already exists.
As they approach.
Just take a moment to take them all in.
Looking into your face.
Of the future.
Noticing the clothes your future self is wearing.
Notice how they.
Notice their energy.
The confidence.
And the smile on their face.
As they're so happy.
As your future self reaches out.
To take your hand.
Just grab hold of their hand.
And allow them to take you.
On a journey.
Taking you on a walk.
To show you.
The life that they're living.
Walking you.
Towards the house that your future self.
Has created.
Your future home.
Just noticing the colors.
The textures and the decor.
Noticing any photos.
Or paintings on the walls.
And allowing your future self to guide you.
To a comfortable space.
Inside this.
Future home of yours.
Inviting you to sit down.
To answer any questions that you may have.
Asking your future self.
How did we get here?
How did we achieve.
All of the things.
That I'm currently longing for.
And listen as your future self tells you.
What things needed to change.
What things needed to go.
What boundaries needed to be upheld.
Asking your future self.
What is my first step?
What do I need to do.
Right now.
To bring me closer.
To all of this.
And noticing your future self now.
Pulling out and presenting to you a gift.
Holding out their hands.
And offering you.
This physical token.
Something that means something to you.
Something that symbolizes.
Or represents.
Your next move.
Like a clue from the future.
Accepting this gift from your future self.
And thanking them.
Moving in for a warm embrace.
As you wrap your arms around.
And at the same time feel the arms wrapped around yourself.
In this warm embrace with your future self.
Feeling as though you're melting and merging into one.
Feeling their energy.
Their confidence.
Their strength.
Merging with you.
Upgrading your cells.
And the DNA of your body.
Encoding you with this energy.
Of the future.
And thanking your future self.

That symbol as a reminder.

Slowly starting to deepen your breath again now.
Gently drawing your awareness back from infinite space.
Slowly coming back into your own space.
Bringing all of that with you.
Feeling back into your body.
Feeling back into that sweet breath.
