Slow and exhale out.
I want you to think of something in this moment that you've done really well today.
Something very small.
Just taking a moment to reflect and celebrate and acknowledge.
Understanding how that feels in your body as you make space for that.
And if your day has felt stressful or busy and full,
Giving yourself this moment right now to recenter yourself.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Realizing that whatever you do next is exactly what needs your attention and all the other things can just fade in the backdrop for now.
Taking a breath in and a breath out.
Always coming back to your feet and your breath and giving yourself that permission to pause any time throughout your day.
