Before you begin your day right now,
I want you to take a minute to just let everything else,
All the other pieces,
Email,
Your phone,
Anything vying for your attention,
Just letting it drop into the background for a minute or so.
And bring your awareness back into your body and start with your feet on the ground,
Whatever they're touching in this moment.
I want you to take a nice deep breath in,
Allowing yourself on the exhale to release any stress or pressure that you're feeling as the day begins.
And I want you to imagine that you have lots of space in your day.
How does that feel in your body?
Breaks for snacks or a walk,
Mind shift break.
Imagine creating that as you move through your day,
Setting the intention that you get to organize and be in charge of your time,
Your self-care,
How you connect to the world around you.
Take another deep breath in and out,
Knowing and trusting that this intention you've set for yourself is already working.
