Taking a moment right now as you wrap up your day to just let everything settle for a moment.

Starting by letting yourself settle down,

Taking a breath in and a breath out,

Taking as much space as you need and closing your day by bringing to your attention something that brought you joy,

Something that felt really good,

Acknowledging it,

Feeling it in your body,

Savoring the joy in this moment,

Knowing you can always come back to that memory and that feeling anytime you want.
