Hello beautiful souls,

This is Shree Manju Katakata.

I'm bringing you with the Archangel Uriel guided meditation to heal and think clearly.

This meditation will bring you some guidance on clarity and wisdom.

Please don't drive while listening to this meditation.

Find a place where you can be undisturbed and quiet,

Sitting with your spine straight and being comfortable.

Archangel Uriel is a known angel of wisdom.

He shines the light of God's truth into the darkness of confusion.

He is often being shown carrying either a book or a scroll,

Both of which represent the wisdom.

Here you can feel his energy,

Holding a flame or the sun,

Representing the God's truth.

Breathing into your belly and breathing out,

Gently making a connection into your body,

Deep within and breathing out,

Bringing your awareness to the feet on the floor or visualizing it with your eyes closed and breathing deeply and slowly.

Visualize that from the soles of your feet,

Thick energy roots are coming out,

Going deep down into the mother earth.

These are beautiful,

Healthy and powerful roots.

They're becoming longer and are moving into the depths of the earth gently and easily through all the different layers of the earth and the different layers of the rock until they reach the center of the mother earth.

Now visualize that at the center of the earth,

There is a beautiful giant crystal.

This crystal welcomes you and invites you to wrap your beautiful roots around it.

Visualize at the center of the mother earth,

There is a beautiful giant crystal.

The crystal is welcoming you and inviting you to wrap your beautiful roots around it and you do so joyfully.

Your roots receiving the nourishment,

Loving energies,

The golden light from the earth and the Gaia.

Your wonderful roots are absorbing this pure golden energy and allow that energy to transfer back into your body.

Breathe it all up,

Up,

Up,

Up and back into the soles of your feet and back into the soles of your feet.

Your senses to feel,

See,

Taste,

Hear and known are awakening with this energy as this golden light reaches your feet.

Every cell is being provided with pure nourishing golden light as it moves further upwards and now fulfills your whole body.

Every part of you begins to shine and glow in the pure golden light.

Let this wonderful golden pure nourishing light grow further and further reaching and merging to God,

The creator of all that is.

You're now grounded and connected with the source in the best possible way.

You're perfectly safe.

There is a beautiful white column of light now coming down from the universe.

Down,

Down,

Down into your crown and merging in with your higher chakras and making a connection into the mother earth's energy.

There is a beautiful beam of light traveling from the sky and from the earth,

Connecting you,

Keeping you in balance with your divine feminine and divine masculine energies.

There is this beautiful light spreading and protecting you right in the room that you're in.

And Archangel Michael is present there and wrapping you in his gentle blue cloak of protection as you go into this beautiful journey.

Gently start to see or sense Archangel Uriel's presence through your mind's eye or through your physical body.

The angels of peace are surrounding you and bathing you in a light.

And one of these angels.

Gently start to see or sense Archangel Uriel's angels of peace are surrounding you and bathing you in light.

One of these angels comes towards you and places a glowing white clock over you that covers you from your shoulders to your feet.

A feeling of calm washes over you in front of you.

In front of you,

A golden staircase starts to form that leads you into the heavens.

One of these angelic beings,

Your guardian angel takes your hand and gently leads you up this staircase.

As you ascend these golden steps,

The clouds in the heavens part to reveal in the distance a colossal golden castle.

The structure of this place is vast.

There are many towers and high vaulted walls.

The drawbridge is lowered and you walk through.

And there is one large tower spire at the center.

You make your way to this tower.

As you do,

You pass through green lush gardens.

Apart from the foliage,

Everything about this castle structure,

The walls,

Columns,

Paths,

Everything is lined and laced with beautiful golden color.

Everything is lined and laced with gold,

The high vibration energy.

As you walk towards the arched door of the main castle tower,

You notice the door is already open.

Just as the drawbridge was already down.

You start to realize that really,

There was a lot for you there to discover.

Just being there is enough.

And now you come into this place where you agree to meet Archangel Uriel.

As you walk through,

You find this beautiful open space with gold inlay everywhere.

And right in front of you,

You notice there is a seven feet tall figure standing end.

As you walk through,

You notice there is this beautiful energy in the center of the room.

You get closer and you notice it is Archangel Uriel standing there for you.

There is this beautiful fireplace with a warm fire glowing.

And the presence of the Archangel makes you being comfortable and being present in the room.

And there is this complete silence,

Not a single noise.

You notice there is no furniture,

Nothing,

Just you and Archangel Uriel in this room.

As you get closer,

You notice Archangel Uriel is holding a small hand-sized gold lantern with clear glass panels.

And there is a small flame burning brightly inside the lantern.

He notices you looking and holds it out for you to see.

You step closer to look in.

You think your eyes are deceiving you and you look again.

The flame has no wick or candle attached to it.

It is just a small flame hovering mid-air inside the lantern.

Uriel says,

This is your flame.

It is you.

Never forget yourself,

Who you really are and who you are meant to be.

Archangel Uriel now asks you to spend some time really thinking about the life you want and why.

If you are unsure about this,

Spend some time discussing this with Uriel.

Be clear about the end goal of how you want your life to be.

Imagine him to be your coach and giving you the guidance.

If anything is not clear,

Do ask him for further guidance.

Once you are clear on this,

Uriel hands you the lantern,

Your light.

Uriel asks you to spend some time sending this light all your goals and dreams and send this light thoughts and intentions where you want to be in life,

One goal at a time.

Visualize to the end goal,

Not to the steps in between.

Do this for all the parts of your life.

As you do this,

The small flame in the lantern grows brighter and brighter,

Sending healing to all.

Uriel helps you become aware of the divine light within yourself.

He helps you now to see the beauty of your true self,

Your divine spirit and how to be that divine being.

With your permission,

He also removes all negativity from your body,

Cleansing,

Blessing and healing.

Any stuck energies that are obstructing your progress,

Your thoughts.

As you breathe in this energy,

You feel the peace and harmony of the room.

As you breathe in this energy,

You feel the peace and harmony of the room.

Uriel radiates this energy.

It goes into every room in the house.

He helps you become aware of and connect with your own power and strength.

So you can move forward in a true state of health of mind,

Body and spirit.

Now if you stop.

You now stop and admire the large bright flame in the lantern.

Uriel reaches over and opens a latch on the front panel of the lantern.

He asks you to reach inside and take your flame in your hands.

As you do so,

You realize that the flame is not hot at all.

Just bright.

As you watch your flame blaze brightly with the life you're working toward.

This light starts to absorb your into your fingers.

This light starts to absorb into your fingers,

Hands,

Arms,

Chest,

Up towards your head.

And all the way down your body to your toes.

You look at your own body.

You can see light running and pulsing through your whole body.

You can sense the flow of energy and all your inspirations are real.

All you can sense is ideas for how to make your dreams a reality.

Anytime old fears surface or any sense of low self-esteem,

This light washes it all out.

As this inspired light continues to run,

A pulse through your whole body.

You start to find yourself thinking about the life you want.

What are you doing?

What are you seeing?

What are you saying?

Where are you?

You're being flooded with images for the life you're meant to be living or are starting to now live and discover.

You allow all these soul inspired inspirations to flow through you.

These images now start to slow down until you're completely sure of the end goals or goals you would like to reach.

This is the last image to run through you and be absorbed into your being.

As the images stop,

You find that you're still in the small circular room with Aurel.

He's holding the lantern that is now empty.

He looks directly at you and says,

Never forget your light came from you.

I was just holding it for you.

You give thanks for all the healing that has taken place and all that has been received.

You thank Archangel Aurel for these gifts and blessings.

Your guardian angel is at your side one more time.

Your angel gently takes you by the hand and leads you out of the spire tower.

Out of the spire tower,

Open archway door and through the lush gardens,

Through the pass and the castle structures,

Back over the lower drop ridge,

Back toward the golden staircase.

You start to descend this staircase with your guide by your side.

At the bottom of this staircase is the same group of angelic beings waiting for you.

They are radiating warmth and comfort.

Surrounded in safety,

You close your eyes.

You can sense yourself surrounded and bathed by light.

You sense your own heartbeat,

Your own breathing.

You notice your own body.

Sense your own head,

Neck,

Chest,

Midsection,

Hips,

Legs,

And toes.

And gently wrapping your aura closer to your physical body.

Connect in with your guardian.

Connect in with your grounding roots again that you put down earlier.

Sense being grounded and present.

Slowly breathing deep and slow,

Becoming aware of your physical body.

Wiggling your toes and your fingers to connect back into your physical body.

When you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes.

Taking your own time to feel the presence back.

Stretch your muscles and become fully alert,

Refreshed,

And filled with energy.

Take time and journal your thoughts.

Sit in silence before resuming to the normal duties.
