Hello beautiful souls,

This is Srimanjeev.

This guided meditation helps you to calm your body and relax and get you into a deep sleep.

After a long day,

You are allowing your body to calm and relax into the sleep.

Please don't drive while listening to this meditation.

Let's begin by closing our eyes.

Let's begin by closing your eyes and adjusting your body so it is in your most comfortable sleeping position.

Take a deep breath in and breathe all the way out.

Letting your body sink further into the bed.

Take one more time a deep breath in and breathe it out.

Relaxing your body and adjusting your body into a comfortable position.

And be here with your breath for a bit.

Breathing in and breathing out.

As you are breathing in,

Feel your chest and stomach rise.

And breathing out,

They are falling.

Rise as you are breathing in,

Fall as you are breathing out.

Now bringing your attention to your head.

Feeling it warm.

And as you breathe out,

Breathe out all the tension you are holding here.

Maybe around your temples,

Your eyes,

Your forehead.

And as you are practicing this,

You feel your head is lightening up and relaxing.

And gently bringing this attention to your face.

Feeling your eyelids getting heavier and your cheeks getting softer.

Drop your jaw muscles.

Lowering your lower jaw.

Moving your lower jaw from side to side until it finds its most comfortable position.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Release all the tensions that you are holding in your forehead,

In your temple,

On your face,

Your eyes,

Your jaws,

Your cheeks,

Your mouth,

Your chin.

Feeling your face getting relaxed and warm.

Now gently bringing your attention to your neck and your shoulders.

Lower your shoulders away from your ears.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine your neck stretching,

Releasing any pressure on your spine.

When you breathe out,

Exhale any tension.

Feel yourself melt into your bed a little deeper and more relaxed.

Now bringing your attention into your arms.

As you lay on the bed,

As your attention focuses onto your arms,

Feel them softer.

And feel your arms,

Your elbows getting relaxed.

And feel your fingers and hands soften and tingle sensations.

And let your arms,

Hands and fingers relax deep into the bed.

Now bring your attention to the soft beating of your heart in your chest.

Imagine a beautiful white light glowing from your heart,

Warming your body from its center.

Now gently bringing your attention into your heart,

Onto your chest,

Relaxing your chest muscles and your heart gently calming and softening.

Feel that relaxation and self love for yourself.

And relax your body a little more deep into the bed.

Bringing your attention onto your stomach,

Softening it.

And if there is any discomfort,

Let your in-breath soothe it.

And out-breath releases.

And relaxing your stomach muscles and your lower spine deeper and deeper.

Now gently bringing your attention onto your full spine and back.

Relaxing those muscles and allowing them to relax deeper into your comfortable position.

Now feel the warm energy travel down to your legs,

Into your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your ankles,

Your feet and your toes.

Feel the heaviness on your legs,

On your bed.

Imagining them and relaxing them deep into the bed.

Your body is a miracle.

It has gone through so much throughout the day with all the pains,

Discomforts and challenges of your mind.

Right now your body is with you.

Allowing it to rest and recharge as you begin your day tomorrow.

And allow it to sleep.

And imagine your body is filled with gratitude,

Love for yourself and amazing things that are coming on your way.

You are taking in charge of it.

As you breathe out,

Let your body fall deep into the sleep.

Breathe in gratitude and breathe out,

Allowing it to go deep into the sleep.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Thank you for listening to this meditation.

If you enjoyed it,

Please leave a comment or like and share.

Spread the love.

Namaste.
