Beloveds,

We greet you with open arms.

We welcome you into our circle.

Our circle which is growing minute by minute.

Beloveds,

If you could see the numbers of souls opening to our presence.

To Source,

To Gaia.

Opening out of the shells that they have been captured in for so very long.

And those who are transitioning out of physical form,

They too are joining our ranks.

Beloveds,

You of course have been a part of this circle for quite some time,

And it is always a homecoming to see one another again in spirit form and to acknowledge each other's presence.

Feel the family you are a part of.

Feel the family you have helped to create through your steadfast belief,

Through your willingness to glow brightly.

This is what attracts the other souls to us.

We all have this capacity,

And it is working.

It is easy to become mired in the day-to-day on the three-dimensional surface,

And yet you know that growing inside you is more and more capacity for compassion,

For love,

And for joy.

What is our job now?

Our job is to continue as we are and to grow even brighter.

We encourage you to write.

Write down the vision you hold for the next world,

For the new earth.

Write it down so it becomes solid.

It leaves your mind and becomes reality on a piece of paper or a drawing.

Write it every day like a mantra,

Like a love letter to the future,

And as a testament to your devotion to humanity.

Keep this journal,

And you may find as you reread it,

You have a range of emotions.

Let us dive right now into the sadness.

Let us hold the sadness of the things that are leaving or have left.

The ways of life,

The people,

The animals,

The natural world.

Let us hold the sadness for a moment.

Now,

Let us set that to the side,

And now let us invite the gratitude for every day that is lived,

For every sunrise and sunset,

For the birds that still sing,

For the loved ones who are still with us,

For the glory of the natural world.

You,

Dear,

Dear ones,

Are capable of holding both realities at the same time,

And this produces a bittersweet appreciation for the temporal quality of life.

Holding both the grief and the gratitude keeps us in an exquisite state of aliveness,

Of presence,

Of fantastic love.

Only the strongest,

Tenderest hearts can do this.

You are these.

We offer this practice to you as a way to harmonize the many twists and turns that you are experiencing,

Harmonizing them in acceptance and non-resistance so there is no struggle in your being,

Which causes discontent and anger and a number of other low-frequency emotions.

Instead,

You widen your capacity to hold the whole human story,

The peaks and the valleys.

Dear valiant souls,

We are grateful for your participation in our circle.

As some of the emissaries in embodied form,

You teach us every day.
