There are so many opportunities that we have to delve deeper into our purpose,
But too often we're distracted by life's mundane occurrences,
By news reports or traffic or fluctuations in our emotions that we lose track of the significance of our existence.
There are several philosophies in the yoga spiritual practice that highlight the importance of our existence,
Our actions,
Our thoughts and our impact on people.
Most people are familiar with the concept of karma.
Karma is essentially what you put out,
You get back.
You create your energy by the energy you put out into the world.
Well,
The idea of samsara is this endless recycling of the human experience.
We go through this round of birth and life and death and rebirth,
Renewed life and death again,
All just to expand on the breadth of our experiences,
To expand on our perspective and perception of the world.
Be very clear that you are so significant that you're changing the world around you.
The idea that we each make such a significant contribution to the people we touch and the world around us,
That every moment of our lives is this significant contribution to existence.
The idea that our human experience is so significant that it has the power to change the course and direction of the future.
So be clear that everything you do today has the power to change the world and make certain that what you're doing is making the change you want to see in the world.
Tap into this exploration of yourself and then offer the best of yourself to everyone else.
Enjoy the day today.
