Welcome at this mountain meditation for clarity.
This visualization meditation brings you to a place where you have attention for yourself and you come to clear insights.
Thereafter,
Your insights will support you to make valuable decisions.
To get the most benefits of this meditation,
You can do this meditation best while seated.
Make sure you are on a quiet place where you don't get disturbed.
Let yourself be guided by my voice.
Allow yourself to be taken into the visualization to realize a deep inner focus which facilitates you to connect with the wisdom of your subconsciousness.
Enjoy.
Sit with attention in a meditation posture which suits you.
On a chair with both feet flat on the floor or in a meditation posture with folded legs on the ground.
In both positions,
You sit with a straight back.
Your head balances relaxed on your spine.
Your chin is slightly bent.
Your shoulders and arms are relaxed.
Your hands lay lightly in your lap.
Sit upright with attention.
And slowly close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your breath without changing it.
Be aware where you experience your breath in your body.
Do you feel your breath in your belly?
In your chest?
Or higher?
In your throat?
Become aware of your breath.
Are you breathing fast?
Or slow?
Bring,
When you are not yet breathing from your belly,
Your breath to your belly.
On your inhalation,
Your belly expands.
On your exhalation,
Your belly comes in.
Breathe a few times in and out at your own pace.
Can you relax your breath even a little more?
Or are you already breathing in a relaxed flow?
Keep breathing consciously during this meditation.
Now,
Bring your attention to your third eye.
This is the point between your eyes only a little higher.
Your third eye is the place where you can make powerful visualizations.
Visualize from your third eye a beautiful hiking path in front of you.
The path is located in a magical coniferous forest,
Low on a mountainside.
Begin to follow the path in a for you comfortable pace.
The weather is nice.
The temperature is pleasant.
The sky is clear blue.
Here and there are a few little clouds.
While you walk over the path,
You feel the warmth of the sunbeams,
Shining through the branches of the trees onto your skin.
You walk through the forest for a while.
The path slowly climbs higher onto the mountain.
You need to make a little effort to follow the path of the mountain.
The path climbs in a way you are still able to breathe in a comfortable way.
Though,
You feel your body warming up from your physical effort.
At a certain moment,
You come on a place where the forest turns into a beautiful mountain meadow.
There grow wonderful flowers in the meadow,
And in the middle of the meadow streams a clear mountain stream.
You keep following the hiking path.
The path winds upward the mountain,
Sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less steep.
You see an amazing variety of mountain flowers growing along the path.
And on a certain moment,
You pass a clear little mountain turn.
On the edge of it,
Lays a little snow.
You take a little break to look at the mountain turn.
Meanwhile,
You breathe in the clear mountain air.
You feel your lungs opening deeper,
Giving you more space to breathe.
You walk the mountain path even further up.
You see you get a better view on the valley below you.
And the mountain peaks around you come closer and closer.
You are totally alone,
And you enjoy the silence of the environment where you are.
You feel you would like to sit on a beautiful spot.
While you keep following the path,
You look for a nice place.
A peaceful place,
Totally for yourself,
But few on the world.
After a while,
You find the spot you were looking for.
You take a comfortable seat and watch the stunning view.
While you are sitting on this beautiful place,
You totally relax.
You feel safe.
You breathe calmly from your belly in and out.
You feel your heartbeat and your breath come to rest.
See if you can slow down your breath even a little more.
From the place you are sitting,
You have a wonderful view on the mountains around you,
And the valley below you.
The sun rays keep your body warm,
And the clear mountain air keeps your mind clear.
While you enjoy the mountain view,
You see,
Like the clouds smoothly move along the sky,
Your life pass by quietly.
At this height,
You look at your life from a distance.
You see the beautiful elements in your life,
Brightly in front of you.
You feel grateful for these special elements,
Which are a part of your life.
You clearly see these elements bring your life color,
Joy,
And pleasure,
And are valuable to treasure and consciously give attention,
So they stay part of your life.
These elements are a valuable energetic exchange of give and receive,
Which steers your vital life energy in a wonderful way.
They inspire,
Nourish,
And empower you to maintain this exchange.
Breathe a few times in and out to connect these life elements deeper in your heart.
These life elements can be small or big.
They can be things you are proud of,
As they make where and who you are in your life right now.
It can be people who play a valuable role in your life.
It can be circumstances in your life where you are grateful for.
Experience what comes up where you are grateful for,
While you are looking at your life from a distance.
On an inhalation,
Connect these elements stronger in your heart.
And on an exhalation,
You spread the gratitude you feel for these elements from your heart through your whole body.
Breathe a few times in and out like this.
Then the life elements which are a challenge or cost you energy in your daily life come in front of your mind's eye.
Experience what comes up,
Things you like to be or experience different.
Feel which emotion or emotions come with these elements.
What is the message these emotions or these emotions carry?
What do these emotions tell you related to the life elements which come up in this moment?
From your point of view on the mountain,
You realize there is one element that continuous plays a common thread in your life.
As it seems to come back in your life in the same or in a slightly different form.
This element creates a pattern in your life because it carries a wise life lesson which you haven't learned yet.
Therefore,
This element comes back into your life every time in a different form or intensity.
Whatever it is,
This pattern asks for your attention.
So you can decode its message and learn the lesson it contains within.
Give this pattern attention in this moment.
Let it be without making it smaller or bigger.
Observe what comes forward and deserves attention.
Don't judge or change it.
Look at it from a distance.
Feel what is it doing to you?
When emotions rise,
Allow them.
Experience them.
Feel them through.
By letting yourself experience the emotion,
You are able to decipher the message stored in the emotion.
What is the emotion telling you?
The emotion gives you a clue about the pattern you keep facing in your life.
Focus on what you live through,
What asks for deeper attention.
Then you see it in front of you.
You get an insight.
From a place of rest,
Give attention to the insight what arises within you.
Make it clear for yourself.
What is this insight telling you?
What does this insight mean to you?
Can you place it in perspective?
Can you form an image how you experience and approach this element in your life?
In this moment,
The insight starts to tell you what you can do to break through the pattern.
Listen to what the insight is telling you.
How does it look like,
What you can do?
Maybe several things come up you can do to break through the recurring pattern.
Visualize a clear image in which you do what you feel you need to do to break through the recurring pattern,
So you can recalibrate yourself.
Make a commitment with yourself how and in which moments you are going to break through your pattern.
See your desired reality clearly in front of you.
Breathe in your desired reality.
And visualize on an out-breath you spread this through your whole body.
Breathe like this a couple of times.
Now,
Again,
Make connection with the life elements you are grateful for.
Are there elements,
Circumstances or people where you are grateful for which can support you to break through your reoccurring pattern?
Investigate how you can simplify the process of breaking through your pattern by involving the positive elements of your life.
Can you sweeten certain circumstances to break through your pattern?
Is there someone you like to ask to support you breaking through your pattern?
Determine how you can ease the process to break through your reoccurring pattern and change your life for the better.
Breathe your insight and your clear vision on what you are going to do through.
On your inhalation you breathe in the insight and the associated transformation process.
And on your exhalation you visualize yourself in the desired situation.
Take a few more breaths like this.
Now,
Once again,
Look consciously at the beautiful mountain view.
Realize you took a moment to take some distance from your life and you gave attention to what you are grateful for in your life as well as what needs attention.
Sitting on the mountain you feel fulfilled you came to your own mountain.
To climb it and allow yourself to oversee your life.
You take in the mountain view for a moment.
Then you close your eyes.
You feel the warmth of the sun on your face.
You receive the energy from the sun.
It charges you.
You feel it gives you the power to integrate your insights and realize your desired change in your life.
Breathe like this with the warmth of the sun on your face a couple of times in and out.
You feel bright and strengthened.
Now gently bring your attention from the mountain back to your third eye.
And slowly expand your awareness from your third eye to come back in your physical environment.
When you feel you are ready slowly open your eyes.
Thank yourself you have given yourself valuable attention.
And made the commitment to realize your desired reality through the insights you have received by this meditation.
When it feels right take a little extra time to feel the effects of this meditation.
And know when you feel you need a moment to overview your life you can always come back to this meditation.

i loved this visualisation, i have a profound interest in hiking but unfortunately live far from any mountains or trails etc, so this is a great way for me to still feel like i’m still up in the clouds living the dream, thanks so much for guiding me through it 🙌☮️
