This short laughing meditation will help you to get more relaxed in your mind by making you laugh. The laughing will release tension and stress in your brains. Therefor this meditation is really good halfway a day of hard work. Or a day where you can use some laughter because you have to deal with a lot of difficulties. Laughing helps to relativate your thoughts, relax your brain and cultivate selfcompassion. Are you in a place where you dare to laugh? Are there other people around which might want to join you? This meditation has a short introduction, then the laughing meditation starts. The laughing is short, but long enough to get you laughing. Please extend your laughing yourself for as long as you like. The meditation ends with some closing words.
