This short laughing meditation will help you to get more relaxed in your mind by making you laugh. The laughing will release tension and stress in your brains. Therefor this meditation is really good halfway a day of hard work. Or a day where you can use some laughter because you have to deal with a lot of difficulties. Laughing helps to relativate your thoughts, relax your brain and cultivate selfcompassion. Are you in a place where you dare to laugh? Are there other people around which might want to join you? This meditation has a short introduction, then the laughing meditation starts. The laughing is short, but long enough to get you laughing. Please extend your laughing yourself for as long as you like. The meditation ends with some closing words.

Welcome in this short laughing meditation.

Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where it is difficult to experience some lightness and relaxation.

Some humor or a little laugh can help in those situations to get some space in your mind and body.

I invite you to listen with an open mind and heart to the laugh you will hear in this meditation.

Please join the laughing when you feel it coming up in your body.

Don't hesitate to open up.

Give yourself the release laughing can give you.

Enjoy the healing effect of laughing.

Are you in a place where you dare to laugh?

Stand or sit comfortably.

I really didn't think I was going to be able to laugh because, I am poorly, and feeling down, but I kept an open mind, and as the laughter began, I instantly felt a chuckle and laughter building up inside me! Omg so good, I thought it wouldn't work, sin I do laugh a lot but usually not just cause of contagious laughing.
