Slowly begin to notice how this place is starting to make you feel.
Are you happy?
Excited?
Content?
Focus on this feeling and gently wrap your arms around it like an embrace.
Hug this place.
Hug this feeling.
Hug yourself.
Wrap your arms around your shoulders and give yourself the hug that you need.
The hug that you deserve.
And hold that feeling tight.
Feel its warmth encapsulate you.
Feel its warmth on your cheek.
As if a warm,
Loving hand holds your face and says,
It's all okay.

Holding on to this good feeling,
Continue breathing deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
