Hello beautiful souls. I hope you're having an amazing, Amazing experience as you take time for self. Today's meditation is all about tapping into your guides and angels. They're all around us and they're waiting for you to discover who they are. I want you to take a deep breath in and exhale. Allow yourself to get into a comfortable position. Close your eyes and relax. I want you to allow yourself to release anything that has been on your mind today. Want you to take a quick scan of your body from the tip of your head down to the tip of your toes. As you do this, What feels as if it's a little tension in that area? Do you feel tension in your shoulders? If so, Release. Anywhere that you feel tension, I want you to take a deep breath in, Focus on that spot and exhale. Let's do it together. Inhale, Exhale. Continue to do this until you release all of the kinks. Now as you get comfortable, I want you to imagine yourself sitting in the middle of an open field. There's nothing there but you and the beautiful grass and flowers around you. As you sit here, You hear the wind slowly blowing through your hair. You hear the wind, You feel the wind. It feels amazing to the touch. As you look around this field, Across the way, You see what you think is a body of water. I want you to walk towards the body of water. Slowly walk, Feel the grass on your feet as you walk across. As you approach this body of water, You notice that it sparkles, An interesting sparkle, As if someone or something is in the water. It's amazing what you see as you approach the edge of the pool of water. Turns into a beautiful bright purple, Still sparkling. It's calling to you to dip your foot into the water. Take a minute to step into the pool of water. It feels warm to the touch. Across the water, You see what looks to be a person, An angel of some sort. He or she is sitting so peacefully across this body of water. They smile at you. What does this person look like to you? Who is this person? Are they familiar to your sight? Have you seen them before? Do you know who they are? If not, It's okay. They know you. This is your guide or your angel. They are with you at all times, Sitting just across into the other realm, Guiding you through each day. You realize this as you smile back at this angel that's sitting across the water. You look to your right and you see a small boat. This is your opportunity to meet your guide or your angel, Whichever resonates most with you. You step softly into the boat and as you sit there, You realize someone else is in the boat with you. Sitting across from you is another familiar face. This person grabs the bows of the boat and begins to paddle you across. This is also an angel of yours. He or she guides you each and every day, Even when you don't realize it. They are carrying you across this amazing body of water to meet your other guide, Your other angel. Let's take a deep breath in and exhale. Take a minute to have a brief conversation with your angel or your guide that sits in the boat with you. What comes to mind? What do you want to ask this person, This angel? Do you want to ask them their name or do you already know their name? Do you want to ask them what they've been up to other than protecting and guiding you? Maybe you want to know what it's like on the other side. Let them answer these questions for you as you ride across the water on the boat. As you have this conversation, You hear the water gliding over the boat. You feel it splashing on your face softly and you feel the comfort of your angel that's taking you across this body of water into a safe place. You finally made it across and your other angel is waiting to help you out of the boat. He or she grabs your right hand and helps you out of the boat. You say hello to your guide or your angel, Whoever it may be. Your guide or your angel now walks you to a cozy fire that sits at the back of the rock that he or she was sitting on. You sit down with your angel and you have a conversation with him or her. What do they say to you? What do they want you to know? Take a minute to take in what they're thinking to say to you. Take in a minute to take in exactly what resonates with you. They're proud of you. They want you to know that on this journey through life, They are with you at all times, Leading you, Guiding you, Even when you feel like there's no one around you. Even when you feel like you're all alone and times are rough, They want you to know that they're right there with you. They guide you across sticky situations, Difficult situations, Even the easy situations, Just like your angel glided you across the body of this beautiful purple water. It's time to go back across the water. Now as you walk away from the fire with your angel, You realize that there's a bridge for you to cross. The bridge was always there, But you just couldn't see it. As you step onto the bridge, You realize that there are so many angels and gods standing on each side of the bridge, Cheering you on. They are so proud of you. They're clapping for you, Patting you on the back, Giving you a hug as you cross this purple body of water back into your regular earthly realm. As you approach the end of the bridge and step back onto dry land, You look back behind you and realize that the body of purple water now is full of angels floating above it. There are hundreds of angels all around you at all times. Some of these are your guides. These guides are here to help you through any situation. All you have to do is call on them. Their whole entire purpose is to serve and protect you. They are so proud of you. They love you, And they want you to know that they're here for you. As you turn around and walk back through the open field of grass, You feel a feeling of relief. Take a deep breath in, And you exhale. You realize that you are now once again all alone in the open field. As you look around, You no longer see the body of water. You no longer see the boat or the bridge or your angels, But you know that they're there. They're always there for you, Always waiting for you to call upon them, Always waiting to guide you to help you make the next decision. Take a deep breath in, And exhale. Let's take a minute to wiggle your toes, Wiggle your fingers, Wiggle your body, And come back into this earthly realm. Slowly, Slowly open your eyes. Allow yourself to give thanks to this meditation, Whatever you imagined it would be. Give thanks and gratitude to your angels for showing up today as you did this meditation. Most importantly, Give gratitude to yourself for allowing yourself to have this moment of self-reflection to get to know and meet your guides and angels. This is the second time I've listened to this meditation. The first time was an experience I never imagined. My angels were my grandparents who both passed away in 2019. I still didn't feel like I have been able to grieve their passing, but this meditation brought me to tears (good tears), almost immediately. Thank you for helping me begin to heal from my loss
