So just getting in a comfortable position,
Closing those eyes.
Taking a few deep breaths here,
Feeling your body relax into the bed or into the seat.
Relaxing the shoulders and the hips.
Feeling your awareness above your head,
Feeling as an electromagnetic vortex opens up.
Feeling it vacuum in energy.
It knows exactly where to put it.
It knows exactly what to do to help you to release.
Envisioning it now a little bit larger than your body and feeling as it comes down with the crown chakra.
Continuing to inhale and exhale through the nose,
Feeling any stock and stagnant energy in the crown chakra being pulled into this electromagnetic vortex.
Feeling it release,
Open and activate.
Again,
Inhale through the nose,
Open mouth exhale,
Feeling the vortex move to your third eye.
I'm cleansing this chakra in the front and the back.
Feeling it release any stock and stagnant energy,
Uncogging,
Unwinding,
Fully relaxing the brow.
We inhale through the nose,
Open mouth exhale,
Bringing the vortex to the throat chakra.
Feeling it pull out any imbalances,
Releasing any blocks,
Any buildup.
Remembering to release from the back and the thigh and the front.
Just letting go ever so gently.
You breathe in through the nose,

Taking the vortex to your heart chakra.
Allowing it to release,
Release,
Release.
Laughing off any energy that's not yours,
Letting go of anything that's not necessary to move forward.
Feeling it with love,
Feeling the back of the heart,
Just letting it all go.
Inhaling through the nose,
Open mouth exhale,
Moving to the solar plexus,
Allowing that vortex to cleanse and release and let go.
Just getting rid of any unwanted energy,
Resetting your energetic grid.
Inhaling through the nose,

Bringing the vortex to your sacral chakra,
Allowing it to activate and cleanse any stagnation,
Any blocks.
Letting go ever so gently.

Inhale through the nose,

Taking the vortex to the root,
Allowing it to open and unlock and release.
Simply pulling out any stuck energy from the back,
From the side,
From the front.

Now taking all of that energy that you've released,
Bringing it down the body,
Down your thighs and knees,
Calves and ankles,
As you open a black hole at the base of your feet,
Allowing all of this old energy to be sucked right back down to the earth,
Letting it go and releasing,
Removing and clearing,
Allowing that hole to fill in when you feel complete.
You take your awareness to the top of your head,
Feeling red,
Pulsing energy pour into the crown,
Traveling all the way down to the root,
Opening and activating the chakra,
Cleansing and filling and fueling,
Feeling as that chakra comes online,
Beginning to vibrate and spin,
Feeling the color orange come in from the top of the crown now,
All the way down to the sacral chakra as it opens and activates,
Feeling that chakra completely,
Allowing it to become whole and activated and complete.
Beautiful gold light comes into the crown,
Down to your solar plexus,
Filling and activating,
Turning on that chakra,
Allowing it to spin,
Feeling its round shape,
As green comes in through the crown,
Filling the front and back of the heart space,
Activating and opening all sides of the heart,
Turning on your capacity for love,
Compassion,
Your own infinity,
Feeling a blue light pour in from the crown,
Filling in the throat,
Activating,
Igniting,
Allowing this chakra to come online,
Perfect clarity,
Perfect communication,
Feeling a beautiful indigo now filling in that third eye,
Cleansing and opening your true sight,
Your intuition,
Just a beautiful white light filling in the crown space,
Connecting you to higher consciousness,
Your own divinity,
Allow that white light to pour all the way down to the tips of your toes,
Igniting and activating all of the energy within the body,
Allowing the body to rest and feel that your spirit can travel the astral plane.
