Hello friends,

This is Mary Lisa.

We are going to do an end of the day reflective meditation together.

If you are doing this in the morning,

Try to think back about the previous day.

This is one of the meditations that I have created for the relationship workshop on Spirit Collective's website.

So thank you for joining.

Okay let's get comfortable.

You can be lying down or sitting up as long as your spine is straight.

Go ahead and relax your body.

Relax your brow.

Relax your jaw.

Just make sure every part of your body is relaxed.

Be present in your body for a few breaths here on your own while holding the intention of being gentle.

Great job.

Now we are going to think back on our day and ponder these questions together.

Was I angry at all today?

What did I worry today?

What did I worry about?

How did I treat people today?

How was I treated?

What did I do for others today?

How can I be of service tomorrow?

What did I do for myself today?

What made me smile?

Was I thinking of others today?

What was I able to accomplish?

That was my favorite moment today.

Great job.

We have successfully reviewed our day with gentle inquiry.

Now let's finish up with some affirmations.

You can repeat them aloud or silently to yourself.

I am proud of myself today.

Every day I get better and better.

I am a talented person.

People are in need of my talents and I am glad to help.

I feel serene and grateful in my life.

Finish your day knowing that you did your best and tomorrow you can also do your best.

You are a talented and gifted person who has something to share with the world.

People are in need of what you have to offer.

My hope is that you believe that and go out into the world and share what you have.
