Hello and welcome to this active emotional block release meditation.
For this meditation we're going to do something a little bit more active for those of you who have trouble sitting down during meditations.
So you can go ahead and take a comfortable stance somewhere that you won't be bothered.
And we're going to put our hands on our lower stomach,
Below our navels on our sacral chakras.
We're going to take a few deep breaths here,
Making sure to breathe from the sacral chakra where our power originates.
We're going to set an intention while you're breathing here to discover any issues that live within our tissues.
Whenever we feel an emotion,
Certain chemicals are released into our body,
Such as cortisol for stress or oxytocin for joy.
If we experience trauma in our lives or repetitive negative emotions such as anger or fear,
Our body will begin to store these chemical IDs in our bodies.
If we do not deal with them and feel these emotions,
They will cause disruptions in our physical,
Emotional and manifest realities.
So discovering where these energies and emotions are stuck in our bodies will allow us to remove the blockages.
Okay,
So take three deep breaths here.
Okay,
Now we're going to wake up the energy in our body.
Feet are going to be a bit wider than hip distance width apart.
We're going to start turning from our hips and our torsos.
So you're going to keep your upper body relaxed and flowing with the turning of your waist.
Go ahead and let the momentum from your body move your arms back and forth.
As you continue to let your arms knock gently across your lower back and across your abdomen.
This is called the door of life in Qigong,
Because it is where our personal life force originates.
Go ahead and keep turning side to side,
Arms and upper body relaxed,
Knocking against your lower abdomen and lower back.
Do this in a way that feels good to you.
As you turn your body,
You can start to turn your head as well,
You're going to feel a little bit of a stretch.
Good movement to do in the morning to wake all your energy up.
Now we're going to swing our arms up and down instead of side to side.
I like to use my whole body when I'm doing this,
Bending a bit at the waist when my arms fall down and arching my back when I swing them up to get a good upper body stretch.
Again,
Take some time to find your own rhythm and make sure the flow feels good for you specifically in your own body.
Okay,
Next we're going to make loose fists with our hands and use them lightly to tap across the meridian points on our body.
Starting with our chest,
We're going to lightly use our fists to wrap against our chest,
Kind of like Tarzan of the jungle.
Not too hard on your body.
If you feel a tender spot,
It might mean that there is energy there that needs to be released.
So just tap a bit lighter if you need to.
Now we're going to take the same concept and use our hands to kind of tap all over our body,
Awakening the energy and bringing unwanted emotions to the surface.
Take some special time to tap over your stomach in a clockwise fashion.
This is where a lot of emotion tends to live.
Don't forget to tap down the sides of your legs,
Up the insides of your legs,
Over your stomach again to the inside and outside of your arms,
Your low back.
You can also tap along your shoulders and upper back if you can reach.
Do this one or two more times throughout your whole body.
Now we're going to take the tapping to our face and head.
Use the pads of your fingers to lightly tap on your cheekbones under your eyes,
Moving in a semicircle under your eye.
You can also tap around your eyebrows.
All along the orbital socket is the stomach,
Gallbladder and bladder meridians.
In these meridians,
We store worry,
Anxiety,
Resentments,
Anger and sadness.
So take your time here to bring everything out with the tapping of your fingers.
Now we're going to use soft hands to pet and drag down your neck a few times,
Directing the flow of your lymphatic drainage out of your face.
Taking with it all the emotions that you no longer need.
Good job.
Now you are in your power,
I want you to think of a specific emotion that you want to release.
Fear,
Anxiety,
Loneliness,
Anger,
Resentment.
Whatever it is,
Close your eyes and identify it.
What does it look like in your body?
Where is it?
Your imagination is actually your intuition,
So go ahead and trust it.
Is it a black cloud?
Or does it look like brown dirt?
Is it in your heart?
In your chest space?
Or is it above your head?
Or even throughout your whole body?
See it now.
Now take your hands again.
Your divine energy magnets and movers and use them to brush off this energy to pull out the energy of your body wherever it may reside.
However you want to remove it is right.
Maybe you are pulling grief out of your heart,
Or you are dusting worthlessness off your shoulders,
Or you are scrubbing yourself clean of depression.
Take some time here to remove the emotion.
Don't forget to breathe deep and cleansing breaths so that your system can cleanse it as well.
When you feel like you are finished cleaning yourself of the emotion,
Flick the energy off of your hands and back into the earth.
The earth will gladly take this unhelpful energy and transmute it for us.
Now we're going to take our healing hands again and we're going to sweep out our arms to the sides of our body and raise them up over our head.
When they are over our head we're going to pull down pure and healing energy from the sky over our body,
All the way to the floor and our feet.
We're going to continue to sweep our hands over our head and take this new powerful energy and add it to our own energetic field,
All the way to our feet.
Do that a couple times on your own.
Finally,
We are going to take our hands from the floor and zip up our powerful new energy,
All the way up our midline and turn the key at the top of our head,
Protecting our personal power.
Two more times,
Starting from your feet,
Zip the energy up into your aura and body and seal it at the top of your head.
Great job you guys.
One hand on heart and one hand on stomach we smile,
Knowing that we can heal and protect ourselves.
Namaste.
