A short poem about moving through grief. Years ago, I found myself going through a divorce. For many nights, I found myself grieving, anxious, alone, and broken. This poem reflects the heartbreak I went through, but also the transformation. If you are grieving, go through the process of grief. Don't try to find shortcuts. There are none. Instead, allow yourself to grieve and allow the pain to move through you. Then, you will be ready to take the lessons you've learned from the loss and LIVE.
