The purpose of this meditation is to be interactive in a non-physical space Practicing to be as relaxed and accepting as in meditation while remaining operational To act out of the being level wisely and instinctively Feeling how to be helpful without worrying about or controlling the outcome It's all about balancing calmness with activeness,
Knowing and being,
Feeling and understanding Having some level of thought activity without going into control or thinking mode We need calmness and acceptance without falling asleep Find your own balance,
