What If ... Next Year Was Amazing?

What if…next year was the best ever yet? Let's open your heart to the possibilities, bring forward and align with what you really long for. Through creating seeds of possibilites, and anchoring them in, and healing and releasing what is holding you back, we embrace what it is that we truly desire. This practice will give you the tools to stay present, and eagerly excited for the year ahead.

As we are all on the brink of another new year,

Whether that be a calendar year or your birthday year,

It's an opportunity to get into the energy space of what you truly wish to create with your experiences over the coming 365 days.

What if you could give your mind some statements to consider as a possibility for your life?

So let's tune in and come into our heart space,

Taking a deep breath in the here and now,

Letting go of your mind of everything it's taken to get here,

Coming to the present moment,

So we can really tune in and bring forward what our heart and soul long for.

Take a nice deep breath into your heart and see that breath go upwards,

Up through your head and out through your crown,

Going up above you and wrapping around the great central sun,

The source of love and light you know and trust,

Connecting deeply into that energy,

Into your truth,

And bringing that energy back down through your crown,

Through your head and throat,

Into your heart space and down through your body and abdomen,

Down through your root and your legs and deep into the earth below,

Connecting in at the core crystal where the blueprint is held as a reminder of how life is intended for us with connection and joy,

Freedom,

Love and abundance,

Bringing that energy back up through your body,

Through your root,

Torso,

Up into your heart space and radiate that energy out from your heart space,

360 degrees and coming once again into your soul space,

Giving yourself permission to bring forward from your heart and soul what is it that you truly long to desire to create in this coming year.

There is no right or wrong,

But let's set the intention and the vibration of creating from the space of magic and infinite possibilities.

So what if this coming year provided you with so many opportunities to be happy,

Healthy and well?

Could you pay attention to all these special moments?

Be grateful for them,

To allow even more in?

What if this new year started with the vibe of buzzing anticipation,

Of eagerness,

Of curiosity,

That things could be really different for you this year?

How would it feel if you could simply let go of all the draining emotions and energies from the previous year and feel like you could plug into a brand new power circuit,

One that supercharged your emotional batteries to 100% in just a moment?

What if you had the power to choose what you plug into,

To feel that energise and aliveness in your heart and in your soul?

And what's stopping you choosing that right in this moment?

So go into your heart space right now and see a beautiful beam of white light lighting up your heart cells,

Radiating out through your field and feel or imagine every cell of your body is being lit up with this radiant light,

This power surge,

This power source.

Allow that to expand and really feel the vibration of powerful divine energy pouring through all your cells.

Feel like you're plugging into a super circuit grid of electricity,

Power and aliveness.

Can you feel the difference?

Can you feel that vibrancy?

Use your creative imagination and give yourself permission to really feel the power of that energy,

Turning the dial up in the force of this light throughout your body.

Be present with it and enjoy it.

Now that you feel really plugged in,

Let's consider some aspects of our life where we would love to create even more wonderful life experiences.

How would it feel to consider this coming year is the one to create amazing relationships in your life?

Maybe it's a new relationship or rekindling and igniting a current relationship.

How would it be to feel that spark of electricity,

Connection and passion you're feeling right now in your heart with another?

To make plans together and co-create a life that you both loved and enjoyed,

Working together harmoniously in union,

Ready to compromise,

To listen and to expand your life experience.

So you really felt unstoppable,

Supported and cared for and loved all that you created on your own or with the other.

How fulfilled would you feel?

How would it be to observe your partner radiating pure joy and happiness simply because they are with you?

Is it possible to create that power together,

To reflect to each other all that you are?

And how would it be to feel that same connection in creating with ease and flow within your own inner family?

Your divine masculine,

Divine feminine and your inner child.

The relationship you have with yourself and your divine support team.

What if you knew you only had to ask with all the conviction and knowingness in your heart and gut for the universal unconditional love to carry you through on a tide of creativity for your life?

Do you consider you have all the support you will ever need when you simply believe it in your heart and move beyond the thoughts that tell you otherwise?

What if this coming year was the most abundant one yet?

Supposing the universe delivered unexpected surprises that you never planned for?

What if opportunities unfolded simply aren't on your radar right now?

Ones that you would love to enjoy?

The ones that created amazing abundance of wealth,

Happiness and creativity?

What if this coming year was the year to reap the rewards of all that you have sown over your lifetime?

The ideas and visions you planted maybe six months ago,

Maybe six years ago and now is the time you are ready to see them bloom and blossom in your life for you to nurture and cultivate your ideas coming to life.

What if you could clear your mind of the weeds?

Of the thoughts that may stop you bringing these visions to life?

What if you could tend the garden of your mind each and every day to clear out those beliefs that are hampering the possibility of having all your heart truly desires?

Could you commit to questioning those thoughts and beliefs?

Are they really true?

Do they serve you?

Do they help your vision come to life?

Could you commit to simply pulling them out,

Like weeds in the flower bed,

To clear more space for those beautiful flowers of abundance to really bloom?

What if you could tap into that source of abundance to really feel the freedom in your heart,

Mind and soul?

For we know that when we seek an abundance of money,

The experiences it can buy and the things we think we need and want,

It's really the emotional freedom we are longing for.

What if you could choose in this moment to feel that freedom you are longing for in your heart right now?

How would it be to feel with every fibre of your being you had all that you ever needed right here in this moment?

Can you allow yourself the possibility of bringing that into your heart right now?

Could you consider that by being in a state of alignment with abundance,

You are showing the universe that you are ready,

Willing and able to have this abundance show up on a material form as a reflection of the energy from within you?

What if you could finally own that you are that powerful to create abundance simply by feeling it each and every moment you choose and aligning all aspects of your being with the unlimited universal energy?

What if this coming year was one of your most creative yet?

Perhaps creating a project you've always dreamt about,

Or travelling to countries you long to experience,

Or creating a beautiful space in which to live.

What if you got to create each day to find your own form of self-expression,

This allowed your unique self to show up and to be seen,

Heard and understood?

What if this was the year to create a healthy,

Vibrant body full of energy and vitality,

Giving you a driving force and confidence to just go try new things,

To meet new people,

To have new experiences,

To open your mind even more to possibility of a deeper,

More fulfilling life?

What if this coming year was the one where you got to choose to take time out when you needed it,

To simply let go of all the responsibilities,

Of people,

Of duties that can sometimes simply exhaust you?

What if you started to value yourself enough to just say no,

To put your own oxygen mask on first,

And to take the time out to replenish and nurture your body,

Mind and soul?

Can you see how pressing the pause button can reset your enthusiasm for life?

What if this is the year you get to do that more and more,

To bring your sense of self-worth and self-value to an all time high?

What if this time next year you are reflecting on what an amazing year it has been,

With so many unexpected things that turned your life around?

What if you really felt so blessed and proud of all that you created this year?

What if you felt so connected,

Loved and abundant,

It simply wanted more and more of it?

What if you were the inspiration for others to feel that vibrancy too?

So as we take a moment to gather all these thoughts and emotions that have arisen from them and the feelings in your body,

Let's tune in again and we ask that any belief,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life programming,

Any soul contract,

Anything known or hidden that is in the way of you feeling,

Experiencing,

Visualising and manifesting all that you truly desire in your life,

In this moment to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Distorted,

Created across all time space dimensions and realities and shown the divine white path for healing.

To recalibrate all of your 60 trillion cells to the universal truth of who you are,

The highest vibration of love and light,

That you are here to experience everything you choose in your life,

That you take full responsibility for how you feel in any moment and that you are prepared to commit to making that change and shift into a higher space in every moment of observation and clearing any thought or belief that is holding you back from keeping you trapped in the small mind thinking it's too difficult,

It's too much of a struggle and all the reasons why you can't have it.

Letting all those go in this moment so instead you can bring in the energy of co-creation,

That this coming year is the year to turn it around,

To ignite your life,

To blaze fully and gloriously as only you can.

We allow the white light to circulate through every cell of your body and through your heart space to allow this recalibration of energy in your fields so that you can create this coming year just as you choose.

Opening up to the field of infinite creation,

Feeling in your heart that everything is possible,

That you are ready to receive with an open mind and an open heart all that your soul is longing for.

Feel that possibility within you right now and own it.

I invite you to call in a symbol for this coming year,

The first thing that comes into your head,

A colour,

A crystal,

An animal,

It doesn't matter what.

And anchor in to that image,

The real knowingness of possibility.

What can unfold when you are committed to co-creating with the universal,

Support energies,

Your divine support team,

With a team and energy far greater than your mind.

And bring that symbol down into your abdomen,

Your power centre and see it light up and promise to yourself,

What will it take to make this coming year more amazing,

More fulfilling,

More enriching than I have ever experienced before.

And the answer always lies with being prepared to get out of your own way,

To do the healing and the clearing,

Allowing what needs to surface to bubble up and release.

And we ask in this moment to open up your fields,

Your belief systems,

Any soul contracts that you have,

To allow to bring forward now and over the coming years anything that is in the way and holding you back from expanding into the greatness of who you are.

Breathing all those belief systems and thoughts that are holding you down,

Keeping you trapped in the past.

Break free from them in this moment with the divine white light and see your heart expand,

Connecting in to that field of infinite creation.

So breathing that in fully into your body,

Into the white light,

Allowing all the integration of the thoughts and feelings and emotions swirling and churning around your space right now.

Release in the old,

Allowing in the new for the new year.

Anchoring all that energy into your symbol,

Breathing it in through your heart space and breathing out.

Bringing your attention back to your physical body,

Back to the here and now and slowly opening your eyes,

Knowing you only ever have to call in that symbol any time you choose throughout your day,

Throughout your year to recommit your promise to the eager anticipation of possibility when you choose it.

I did this today on my birthday (Feb 29, 2020), after finding it on Josephine' s page yesterday. I then wrote in my journal (as I do after every meditation) and some beautiful ideas & revelations came out along with some recurring themes. I recommend you do this meditation on your birthday & then journal. It felt like a gift to me. I might repeat this one monthly.

Update, March 1, 2021: I decided to repeat it after another trip around the sun. The guidance made me notice how much I accomplished over the past year. I'd already done a reflection & look ahead, but this offered another perspective that I needed, along with some release. It was like a micro-sized birthday retreat.
I think two consecutive years makes it a tradition.
