Is about filling yourself on the cup of aliveness,

Moving out of distraction into enriching your own life and others through inspiring storytelling.

It's time to consider your habits of distraction preventing you from being present in the moment,

To feel alive,

To open the door to going within.

How can you welcome in a new sense of being,

Enriching lives through the frequency of love.

It is time to maintain the balance between your spiritual evolution and material enjoyment by tasting all life has to offer with no labels or judgment.

So let's tune in,

Take a breath into your heart space,

See that energy go up through your throat,

Up through your head,

Out through your crown and into the essence of your higher self,

The truth of who you are,

The voice that whispers in your ear each and every day that you are here to create your own story.

And with this openness and willingness to rewrite the chapters of your life,

Bring that energy back down through your head,

Through your throat,

In through your heart,

Down through your belly and root,

Deep into the earth below,

Connecting to Gaia,

Knowing that you are here to walk this earth as only uniquely as you can.

With all your experiences,

All your wisdom,

All your past life come together in fruition in this reality for you to own fully who you are in your own authority and share the wisdom and expansive possibilities with others through your own myth making and storytelling.

Embrace that expansive energy as we bring your breath up through your body,

Igniting your heart,

Expanding it out and feel yourself expand.

In this moment,

How fully and completely can you own the story of your life so far?

Do you accept it fully,

Knowing that you cannot change the past and by being in the present in each and every moment,

You lay down the footprints for the future.

Life is always about who you be and living from that awareness,

That expansive nature and connecting into the aliveness and the essence of energy that permeates and surrounds us at all time.

And yet many choose distractions mindlessly,

An external focus that keeps them from going within.

In this moment,

I invite you to call to mind all the distractions that play out in your life on a daily basis.

The things that easily catch your attention,

That you justify in your mind,

Or I'll just do that,

Or I'll just eat this,

Call those to mind.

And in this moment,

We ask that any belief known or hidden,

Any unhealthy habits that you have that has performed mindlessly,

That is keeping you from the expansive nature of yourself,

We ask to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Unstoried,

Created.

All of the belief patterns that say you deserve a break,

You deserve to do something different,

But it's not comfortable to look within.

We ask all of those stories and illusions that you hold in your mind to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Unstoried,

Created through the quantum.

And we ignite in you that spark of remembrance,

Waking up at a cellular level memory and your DNA,

The codes of remembrance,

Of being expansively alive and tasting and feeling and smelling and seeing life through all of your senses,

Imbibing that essence through you so that you can share your own perfume,

Your own aroma of your story out to inspire others.

And in this moment,

As we ignite that remembrance through what you're really here to do,

We ask to switch on that awareness,

The moments that you are distracted,

The diversions that take you off the path,

Off the straight and narrow from you living your true purpose.

We ask that something is activated in you that you can stop,

Observe and make a different choice in that moment,

That you can be okay to go into stillness,

To be okay coming within.

And as we do this,

We're re-changing your belief patterns,

Your programming,

Your habits,

Your deep-seated beliefs that to be fulfilled,

We must seek externally.

And in this moment,

We ask those false concepts and illusions to be broken down and dissolved and deleted for you to come into the awareness that you can choose in any moment how you are getting the most out of life simply because you are allowing life in.

When was the last time you stopped and smelt your coffee?

Took in the smell and the perfume of the flowers,

Listened to the wind as it waves through the trees,

Watching or as the little insects busy themselves on the ground below,

Feel the freedom of the birds as they flipped and fly between the trees,

Feel your senses come alive in this moment knowing that you can experience those energies every moment you choose to be present rather than being distracted in your mind or through activity.

Make in this moment a commitment to extracting more out of life simply by being with it and letting go of all those areas where you are overstimulated to keep yourself busy or any area where you are numbing out,

Understimulated,

Bored and depressed.

We ask all of those extremes to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Unstoried,

Decreased in this moment and bringing you back to the space of emotional neutrality.

And in every second that you choose to embody the sense of aliveness that runs through you,

You get to create your own story your way.

You're here to taste the exquisiteness of life,

To own it and radiate it.

Allow your soul to sing its tone of truth,

For you to radiate your authenticity because you are allowing your version of aliveness through you.

Everything that has been created in your life up to this moment resonates through your field and with awareness you have shifted the lower vibrations into a higher frequency because you have accepted life in yourself and through your heart and expand that possibility in this moment.

Take a breath deep into your root and take another breath from your root and see it rise up,

Feel it rise up through your sacral and take a breath through your sacral igniting your connection to your own creativity,

Switching yourself on at all levels of your being and with another breath bring that energy up to your solar plexus,

Your power centre within you.

This is the space you can tune in and switch your own power on and let go of all those distractions outside yourself that are stopping you from owning,

Feeling and being and radiating the power that is you.

With your breath bring that power up to your heart and feel that energy expand out with the love of life itself in all its glory for all its trials and tribulations.

Love that connection you have to the nothingness around you,

The flow of life that's invisible and yet you feel it,

Feel your heart expand into this space and in this moment any belief known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life contract you have that is stopping you and shutting you down from feeling this sense of vibration and flow and essence through your heart.

We ask to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Unstored,

Created through all time,

Space,

Dimensions and reality and allow that vibration,

That pure essence of love,

That intoxication of love to flood your body,

Flood your cell level memory,

Flood all aspects of who you are in this moment and feel fully alive.

Feel the frequency,

Your vibration rise and expand and tingle through your extremities in and out of your body,

Merge with that space,

Feel the joy of being alive in this moment.

Shut down the mind from any judgment,

Any precursors,

Any distracting thoughts and be in the present moment of feeling through your body the embodiment of the feeling of being alive and with that space bring your energy up to the throat and we ask a vortex of energy to be running through your throat space so you can come back into balance and speak your truth with full ownership,

With precision.

You can let go of the over talking,

Trying to explain yourself,

You can let go of the shutdown and repression where you were afraid to speak out and any and all of those extremes.

We ask to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Unstored,

Created through all time,

Space,

Dimensions and realities,

Allowing those energies to expand in and around your throat space,

Clearing all of those energies and densities out that have you out of balance,

Out of kilter and as that energy clears and transmutes we ask your throat chakra to be reprogrammed,

Remembered,

Reconnected with the vibration of your truth,

Of your story,

One that you feel free to speak,

To share,

To inspire because you know what you've been through in your life and those shackles of the fear and repression no longer strangle you around the throat,

You have broken free and allow that experience to come forward and be expressed in the world so you can inspire others that they too have the potentiality to break free of the self-imposed limitations.

This is not undermining the trauma and the belief systems of the mind and yet I tell you from my heart you have the power to transcend these frequencies if you choose.

When you are ready to do the work just as I have,

I tell my story to share with you the expansive possibilities for limitless living.

If at any time in your life you have had feelings of not wanting to be here,

Of not knowing how you can survive,

Of not knowing the way forward,

I hear you,

I feel you and I see you.

I walked that path for decades and from my heart I share the utmost truth within every fiber of my being that I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that every person on this earth including you has that ability to break through and open your heart to that possibility.

Feel that vibration,

Feel the aliveness in your body however hard it may feel.

Give yourself permission to expand into that vibration of allowing life to flow through you to help wash away those past memories and encoding in your body and step in to a new vibration where you express your story,

Where you inspire others from the journey you've been on to have those breakthroughs.

For this is my life's work,

The 56th,

And I impart wisdom on a daily basis with devotion to the power of life itself and if in this moment I inspire an inkling within you that the possibilities of transformation are there if only you would turn within and claim them then my job is done.

And as we reawaken your codes of remembrance to this truth,

Opening you up to the codes of coming home to yourself,

We ask the energy through your breath to be brought up to the third eye and expand it out in your capabilities of vision for a new future,

The vision for a new now.

We ask that any belief known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life contract where you feel that you do not deserve to have this freedom,

That it's easier to stay in distraction than taking responsibility,

Where it's more comfortable to remain in fear than moving into the space of unknown.

We ask to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Unstored,

Decreated and shifting and changing the neural pathways,

The subconscious belief patterning and the programming of the mind to let go of that shackles of suppression,

Of limitation,

Of distraction and breathe this light through your headspace,

Clearing that density,

Opening up to the frequencies of the higher space from where you came and with your breath see that energy rise up through the top of your head so it sits just above your crown,

Allowing fully for those energies and densities above your head that sit like a rain cloud waiting to pour down the heaviness and density and darkness and dankness of life.

See that transmute,

Delete,

Destroy in this moment and bring forward this wind to blow.

See the heavy rain turn to a light drizzle.

See the sun peering behind the clouds and see the rainbow.

See the storm drifting off into the distance as the sun radiates your field and brings in that warmth,

That light,

That frequency of love,

Of aliveness and see the trees shake off the rain.

See the birds singing with happiness that the worms have come up for their feed time.

The birds are having a good nourishing meal.

Within nature,

It is their nature to enjoy just as it is yours to enjoy the enrichment of life itself.

Feel that sun above your crown to warm the cockles of your heart.

Feeling that warmth come back down through your body,

Clearing out the density,

Clearing out the heaviness.

Feel the richness within you coming,

Pouring down through your body,

Through your abdomen,

Down through your root and into the earth below and see this big ball of sunshine,

Of radiance flowing all the way around you,

Through you,

Into your soul space,

The completeness of self,

Igniting your own story of brilliance.

And know that you have the power to create these imaginations anytime you choose to shift out a storm of your mind into the sun of your heart and solar plexus.

For your solar plexus is your emotional center.

Turn within and befriend it,

Accept it.

It is time to get off the roller coaster of the emotionally driven extremes of your life,

Just as I did.

You can too.

And yet it requires you to go within and be willing to write a new story.
