Namaste,
This is Ranjith and this meditation is a special Ho'oponopono meditation.
Ho'oponopono is a magically effective ancient Hawaiian healing prayer that helps in emotional healing and clearing our perception.
In the Hawaiian language,
Ho'oponopono means to set things right.
It's based on the principles of compassion,
Repentance,
Forgiveness and gratitude.
This meditation involves an internal repetition of four phases.
The first phase is I love you.
I love you for this amazing life,
For allowing me to realize my potential and for clearing this emotional baggage.
The next phrase is I am sorry.
You're not saying sorry because you made a mistake but sorry for being in this situation for not being conscious enough.
The third phrase is please forgive me.
Please forgive me for not being my best sacred self.
And the final phrase is thank you.
Thank you for this process,
For the amazing experience that life is.
Let's now find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and let's take a few deep breaths.
One deep inhale and a sweet,
Relaxing,
Slow exhale.
Let's top that up with another deep inhale and a relaxing exhale.
Allow your breath to resume its natural rhythm.
Now,
Bring a problem that you're currently facing into your mind.
It could be a person,
A relationship,
A situation in life,
A professional problem or a financial or a personal problem.
Or health issue.
We begin by taking full responsibility of the situation.
There is no one to change but self.
And we bring the situation to mind and we have a conversation with a higher self,
With God,
With our unlimited potential.
I love you.
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.

Now,
I'm going to ask you to say a few words to yourself.
Just relax and feel your heart center.
Feel your breathing,
The ebb and flow of the inhale and the exhale.
And let go of the moment.
And with a gentle smile on your face,
Slowly open your eyes.
