Good morning beautiful souls.

It's a beautiful day to wake up to.

So let's sit down in a cross-legged seated position and close your eyes.

Stay in that dream state a bit longer.

Let's breathe gently.

Just wake up slowly.

Feel the air move through your body.

Every inhale through the nose all the way into the belly and slowly breathe it out.

In and out.

It's a beautiful bright new day to start.

It's a beautiful day to be thankful for.

For all that it's going to bring us.

All the little beautiful moments in life.

Notice them today.

Be a bit more aware of them today and let them fill you up with a joyous feeling.

Now remember that you are loved.

That you are deserving.

That you are loving and kind.

And that you are capable of everything that comes your way today.

Now let's take one deep breath into the belly and we can exhale it loud.

Rise and shine.

Open up those eyes.

Let's put those two feet on the ground and stand up.

Rock your body a bit from side to side.

Feel the earth beneath your feet.

Strong.

Giving you foundation.

Feel how it grounds you.

Makes you steady for today.

Now place one hand on your belly and one on your heart.

Feel your breath flowing through you.

Giving you life.

Thank it for it.

With every breath you breathe in you feel stronger.

With every breath you exhale you let go of any doubts.

Any negativity.

So feel your chest becoming bigger as a superman or superwoman in the wind.

Doesn't that feel nice?

Doesn't that feel strong and capable?

So let's take a couple of deep breaths and we can exhale them loudly again.

And you can use your hands to guide the air and the energy of today through your body.

A couple of deep breaths in and out.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Keep on breathing and repeat after me.

I am ready to start this day.

Today I will shine.

Today I will move through everything that comes my way.

And I will flow to the natural order of this day and be thankful for the energy that it brings me.

And I will remember that I am capable.

That I am strong.

That I am deserving.

That I am loved.

And I am ready.

I am ready to start this day.

Now inhale moving your hands up in a circle around you and let them meet each other above your head.

And exhale in a prayer position.

Bring them back down to your heart.

There you go.

Let's start this day.
