Hello beautiful souls and welcome.
Today's meditation is about listening.
To listen within.
It's about opening up to receive the message your body,
Your emotions,
Your mind,
Your spirit wants to tell you.
So let's get comfortable.
Get a glass of water or a cup of tea to enjoy after this session.
You can sit down in a lotus position or lay down on your back.
You can use some stones to guide you through this meditation.
We're going to keep it very simple.
Just a clear crystal and a selenite or a moonstone.
But for after this meditation,
If you would like to connect more to self and dive deep in,
You can use tiger eye to guide you with that.
Now let's begin.
Let's take a couple of deep breaths into the belly and out through the mouth.
So inhale through the nose all the way into the belly and out through the mouth.
In and out.
In and out.
One more and I want you to hold it in belly and let it go out.
Now keep on breathing deep and gently feel and notice the air moving through your body.
Be aware of how it moves into your belly,
How you hold space for it,
How it opens up and how it moves through you via your lungs,
Your throat,
Out of your mouth.
Feel it move.
And notice how it makes you become at ease in a relaxed state.
Like gentle calm just coming over you.
When it moves into your belly,
Notice how it makes space,
Your body makes space for it here,
How it feels,
How you feel.
It's moving deep within you and then it moves out slowly and gently as you let it go.
Gently keep on breathing.
Now when you're in this calm rested state,
Open up.
You can ask your body for the message it wants to give you.
You can become aware of your body,
Of every aspect of your body,
Your legs,
Your toes,
Your torso,
Even your butt,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your head.
Gently release all tension in your body.
Let it go,
Become in a rested state.
And open up and ask your body,
What do you want to tell me and what is it that you need?
It may give you something,
It may tingle,
It may move on its own,
Just let it be,
Let it go,
Let it flow.
And it might also be that nothing comes up and that's fine.
We're just going to stay in that rested state for a little bit longer.
Now let's gently move on.
We go a bit deeper.
We're guiding ourselves back to the flow of the air in our body and how it moves into our belly,
Our safe space,
And goes via our hearts,
Our throats and out.
Now let's open up when you're there with yourself,
Your core being,
What is it that comes up?
Are there thoughts or emotions?
Just let them be,
Let them come.
Just observe,
You're merely an observer,
You don't have to engage.
You're in a safe space,
You can just see them and feel them flow by you,
Observe them,
What's happening inside of you.
And if there's a message that comes up,
If there's certain emotions that come up,
Don't be afraid,
Let it be and let's sit with it.
And let's see if we can find the true cause.
What is it really that you're feeling?
It's the emotion underneath that emotion that comes up.
Just open up.
Just be in a loving state for yourself and for everything that you're holding.
All that you are is love and light,
So all that comes is also opened and received with that love and that light,
With that caring,
Nurturing soul.
So give it your gentle touch,
Give it your gentle loving,
Opening up,
Embrace it.
Tell yourself not to be afraid,
You're safe,
You're loved.
So what does come up when you're fit,
When you're there?
It's okay,
Let it be,
Let it settle in.
And slowly,
If you're ready,
You can move deeper,
You can move deeper into it.
If not,
If it's overwhelming,
Just stay where you are.
Everything is allowed if your body starts to shake or if tears may fall,
Come up,
Fall down your cheeks.
If you want to scream,
Scream,
Let it be,
Let it come out.
It's all okay,
It's all allowed.
And when it gets overwhelming,
Just breathe and let the air guide you back to your center.
Just breathe.
Now slowly,
When you're ready,
We're slowly going to get back to ourselves,
Stood here and now.
We've listened to our body,
We've listened to our spirit,
We've listened to our energy,
Our emotions.
So we know now to be aware,
To stay aware of that message.
So when you're ready,
When you've seen and heard and felt,
That was it for today.
So let's get back to deep the air,
To our breath.
Let's get back to feeling that air move through our body.
In and out.
You can slowly make it louder.
Be more aware.
And with every exhale,
You let go of what no longer serves you.
You let go of what you just moved through.
And with every inhale,
You can tell yourself you've received a message and you will sit with it.
You will let it be,
You will move through it.
So it's all good,
It's all in the right place.
Thoughts that no longer serve you,
You let go.
Thoughts that you need to work through,
You're there with them.
And we slowly feel our body waking up.
It's getting back to a state of awareness of being in life.
A lizardly play.
Slowly open up your eyes.
Welcome back.
Drink your glass of water or tea.
Sit with yourself a little bit.
Waking up.
Now,
This meditation could be a daily practice or a weekly practice.
Something to get back to from time to time.
To connect to self,
Connect to within.
And fully get aware of what's going on inside of you.
Being aware of self.
But especially those messages that have been piling up deep down.
We all have them.
So we all need to hold space for them.
So I myself like to do this on a daily basis.
To reconnect.
And to remind myself that I'm also an observer.
And that sometimes that's all that you need to do is just observe what is flowing inside of you and outside.
Observe what no longer is serving you.
Observe what is bothering you that you need to move through.
And observe what's underneath all of that.
It will feel itself to you.
