Hello and welcome to this deep sleep meditation.

I invite you to get as comfortable as possible,

Making sure that you're tucked in,

The lights are switched off and you're ready to begin the journey into sleep.

I'm beginning by taking a slow deep breath in and slowly out.

Nothing else is important right now.

Nothing else needs to occupy your mind,

Nothing needs to take up space,

Nothing else requires your attention.

As you become more settled and relaxed,

Start to notice how you're breathing feels in this moment.

Seeing whether you could deepen your breath,

Expanding not only your chest but your abdomen with every inhale,

Allowing the belly to relax and retreat back towards the spine with every exhale.

Can you create a greater sense of expansion,

Not only in the chest and in the belly,

But also in the heart and in the mind.

Feel that great vastness opening up inside of you,

Creating spaciousness in your mind,

Until eventually thoughts just seem to drift in and out,

Never lingering,

Never staying,

Simply being observed and gently floating away.

Remind yourself to be gentle if thoughts find their way back to you,

Allowing them to leave and move on,

Knowing that you can return to them at any time.

But just for now,

In this time that we have together,

Those thoughts can wait.

Remember that you can always bring your focus,

Your attention back to the present moment,

By paying attention to the sound of my voice,

Or by simply returning to your breath,

Maybe even placing a hand on your stomach,

Feeling that grounded connection,

Remembering that you can bring everything back whenever you need to.

And now in this beautifully relaxed space we've created together,

Listen carefully as we affirm these truths.

And if you happen to fall asleep,

That's totally okay,

Because your subconscious will be paying close attention.

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am loved.

I am important.

I am valued.

I am strong.

I am brave.

I am determined.

I am capable.

I am confident.

I am beautiful.

I am calm.

I am peaceful.

I am abundant.

I am blessed.

I am happy.

I am successful.

I am powerful.

I am unstoppable.

I am positive.

I am inspired.

I am grateful.

I am healthy.

I am constantly evolving.

I am constantly growing.

I accept myself.

I forgive myself.
