Hello and welcome to this guided meditation with Archangel Metatron.
As the angel of cosmic power,
Spiritual growth and expansion,
Archangel Metatron can be traced back to the highest realms of consciousness.
They have been entrusted with the sacred task of overseeing the flow of divine energy and the evolution of souls across dimensions.
And so before we connect with his divine energy today,
You are invited to come into a state of presence and peace.
Either lying down or seated,
Making sure you feel comfortable,
Warm and safe in your environment.
Taking some slow and intentional breaths,
Using the movement of the inhale and exhale from your body to encourage your mind to come into stillness.
It is from this place of stillness that we are able to reach the higher realms of consciousness,
Where we can connect with not just Archangel Metatron,
But other angels and celestial beings that await our connection.
With every breath,
You draw closer to that divinity,
And not only the divinity outside of yourself,
But also the divinity within.
All the tension from your body can just fade away.
Any thoughts trying to take up space can step to one side,
And you can always return to them after we have finished this practice today.
And when you feel yourself sinking deeply into relaxation and rest,
Know that it is perfectly okay for you to fall asleep.
The words and the visualization that we are about to take together will continue to speak to your subconscious mind,
And maybe even enter your dream state.
And so with a beautifully deep and slow inhale,
And an even slower exhale,
Let us settle into the dark space beneath our eyelids and enter our inner world.
Opening your inner eye,
You find yourself standing in a beautifully serene garden.
You can feel the gentle breeze brushing against your skin.
The smell of flowers permeates the air.
And as you look around and take in the garden,
You notice a radiant gold light descending from above.
Take a moment in this beautiful space to express your intention to connect with Archangel Metatron.
Silently or aloud,
State your intention clearly,
And your desire to receive insights and understanding from his wisdom.
As you stand and set your intention to the heavens,
That radiant gold light glows brighter and brighter.
And as that light touches your skin,
You feel the presence of Archangel Metatron growing closer and closer.
A wave of love and divine energy is emanating from the skies.
Eventually,
He shows himself to you,
Surrounded by an aura of this golden light.
His presence exudes a sense of deep wisdom and compassion.
Take a moment to observe and connect with the energy of Archangel Metatron as he appears before you today.
And as you stand before him,
Begin to open yourself up to receive any healing,

As you watch him leave and rise back into the sky,
His wings moving with so much grace behind him,
You feel the power of this symbol right down into your heart and into the core of your being.
