This is a meditation for health and healing.
This meditation will help you feel calm and it will help you realize how strong your body is.
You can sit down or lie down in a comfortable position.
Relax your shoulders,
Feel your jaw soften,
And gently close your eyes.
Today we're going to focus on how strong and resilient you are.
Take a calming breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
Breathe in for 1,
2,
3,
4 and out 1,
2,
3,
4,
5.
As you breathe in,
Tell yourself I breathe in courage and I breathe out fear.
I breathe in courage and I breathe out fear.
Tell yourself my body is designed to heal With each breath,
I feel stronger and stronger.
Place one hand on your heart and the other one on your belly.
Feel your belly expand as you breathe in and send that breath up to the hand on your heart.
That's good.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose.
Now keep your mouth shut and breathe out through your nose too.
I breathe in calm I breathe out fear.
I breathe in calm and I breathe out any fear.
My body is strong and calm.
My body is designed to heal.
With every breath,
I'm getting stronger and stronger.

Breathe in and out.
I am strong and I am capable.
To finish today's meditation place both hands over your heart.
The divine light in me recognises and honours the divine light in you.
