Welcome to this sleep meditation.

I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation.

Breathe in deeply.

Whatever has happened today is over.

This time now is just for you.

It's your time to relax and listen to the sounds as your body feels heavier and heavier.

If your mind starts to wander,

That's perfectly okay.

Just breathe and bring your attention back to the sound of my voice.

You have nothing to worry about now.

Everything that happened today is in the past.

Just relax and feel your whole body get heavier and let the sounds gently wash over you.

Take a deep breath in.
