
Embrace The Small You

This meditation invites you to reconnect to the boundless, unlimited you, to remind you of your true nature and essence and from that place to embrace, love, support, comfort, and guide the small you. A beautiful meditation to do whenever you are feeling small, anxious, sad, in doubt, or afraid. Your "big you" is always there to hold the hand of the small you!

Hello beautiful you,
I'm very happy to offer you this meditation.
I'm not sure of the exact title yet as I record it but what I want to invite you is to reconnect to the the unlimited you,
The big you,
The you that's just connected to all that is,
The you that's huge and love,
Loving,
The you that is wisdom,
Compassion,
The you that has enough distance to look at your life from a higher perspective,
The wise you.
And I want this to invite this reconnection to this big you so that you can welcome,
Love,
Surround,
Envelope,
The small you,
The limited you.
An opportunity to offer yourself love,
To remind you that you are always there for yourself in whatever circumstances,
Whatever you are going through.
A meditation that is an opportunity to remember that you are never alone,
That the big you is looking after the small you.
That the big you has always love for you,
It's unconditional.
There is no need to be a particular way to be lovable,
You are just loved at all time by the big you.
So I invite you to find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie.
And when you're ready,
When you have settled,
You can close your eyes and you can just get a sense of yourself right now,
How you are,
How you are feeling.
Do you feel small,
Do you feel big,
Do you feel limited,
Do you feel unlimited?
To what parts,
To which part of you are you feeling most connected right now?
Are you aware of any emotions,
Any tensions?
You are aware of any limited beliefs?
Are you aware of areas in your body that are tense,
Contracted,
Dense?
Or are you aware of space,
Of expansion?
Or maybe it's a bit of both,
Maybe you are aware of different feelings that coexist within yourself.
So just notice there is no need to be a particular way,
No expectation from yourself to yourself.
You are just loved and accepted just as you are in this moment,
In each moment.
So what you're going to connect with in this meditation is just to remember that you are always surrounded,
That the big you is always there for you.
So I invite you to connect to your breath first,
Just notice the ebb and flow of your breath,
This wave-like movement,
Inner movement.
And know that this is what you feel is the breath of life which animates your lung breathing but your tissues are breathing,
Animated by the same movement,
The same undulation.
You maybe get the sense or feel your tissue,
Your tissues,
Your pastias,
Your connective tissues breathing.
Or you can just imagine it if you can't feel it.
Just notice that each time you're connected to your in-breath you can really feel or imagine that you're expensing,
Your whole being is more expansive,
Expanding,
Occupying more space.
And each time you notice your out-breath you can just get a sense of your whole body softening,
Relaxing,
Something within that is more trusting.
And that can relax.
And each time you breathe in you can feel more space being created all around you in all directions.
You are expanding in all directions.
You are expensing yourself in front of you,
Behind you,
To your left,
To your right,
Above you,
Below you.
You are vast and unlimited.
So keep feeling like you're projecting yourself in the space in front of you,
Like a beam of light.
And if you're searching to find the limit of this space which doesn't really exist you are just reminding yourself that you are unlimited.
Just keep expanding in front of you and then to the back of you,
Behind you,
Far far far far far,
Behind you,
As far as you can go.
And then to your left.
And just know that wherever your awareness is you are as well.
So just keep projecting awareness.
Far far far to your left,
Far far far to your right,
At your own time,
In your own rhythm,
At your own pace.
Keep feeling you are becoming bigger and bigger energetically.
You are this space filled with yourself,
Filled with your light,
Filled with the love that you are.
You can just get a sense that your heart is connected to the heart of the earth and you are deeply rooted.
That goes beyond the center of the earth.
If you're connected to the cosmos below the earth and then above you,
The heart of the cosmos.
And you are completely one with all that is.
Just remembering your oneness.
There is no limit to how far you can expand,
To how far you can go.
There is no limit to what you can do.
There is no limit to who you are.
When you are reconnecting to this you,
Unlimited,
Remember that you are wise beyond measure,
That you are love.
You are one with all that is,
That you are presence,
Light.
And I want you to feel and to just remember that's who you are,
Your true nature.
Always able to welcome,
To love the little you,
The limited you,
The you that goes through emotions,
The you that feels fear,
The you that holds back,
The you that gets angry,
The you that keeps telling itself the same stories,
The same limited stories.
So I want you to get a sense of that little you right now.
How's it feeling?
What stories is it telling itself,
In self,
Ourself?
And just surround that little you with your big arms full of love.
And just tell that little you that you are always there for her,
No matter what he or she is going through,
No matter how he or she feels,
No matter what she thinks of herself or in self.
You are unconditional love.
And you can love that little you at whatever age it is.
You can love the little you now,
You can love the little you when it was,
When he was,
Or she was 10,
When she or he was a tiny baby.
You can just keep surrounding,
Reminding that little you that you are always there for him,
For her.
And that it was you that was holding its hand,
His or her hand,
When going through challenging time.
You can remind that little you that he or she can call you whenever she or he needs.
But you are always there listening.
You only need he or her to call on you.
And to remember that he or she is never alone.
So just feel that,
Feel that big you,
That unlimited you,
Just being pure love,
Surrounding that little you and flapping like big huge arms full of love.
You are a huge heart in which that little you can just curl up and lie and just feel comforted and loved.
And you can go and lie into the heart,
The soft welcoming compassionate heart of your big you,
Whenever you need.
This unlimited you is always always happy to be there for you.
Just remember that whenever you're going through something difficult,
This is the limited you.
And you can just go and curl up or just go and ask you the unlimited you for his wisdom.
So just if you have questions remember that you can always ask that part of you,
The wise part of you.
Ask the answers to everything and knows what's right for you.
So go and connect with him,
Her and ask for advice,
Ask for support,
Ask,
Give the unlimited you all your intentions,
All your questions and trust,
Trust that this unlimited you will support you.
Answer your questions and show you the way.
You can trust this big you to show you the way to light up your path because it knows how to bring you back into harmony with the whole.
To help you find your unique place in this world,
To shine your unique color.
So remember to go and rest in the arms of your unlimited you whenever you need.
And each day spend some time to reconnect to the unlimited you,
To that amazing energy that you are,
To the light that you are.
Remind yourself that you are that.
You're not separated from that.
This is who you truly are,
Is your essence.
So each day rewire your inner networks of light to the big you.
Remind the small you that the big you is always there.
