Good morning.
It's a new day.
Today is fresh and ready for whatever you choose to bring to it.
The next few moments as we begin our practice,
May you find yourself in a seated position,
Perhaps with your feet flat and most importantly,
Offering space and alignment to your spine with your head over your shoulders and your shoulders over your hips.
If you have access to seeing the morning sun,
Bring that into your field of vision.
If the sun isn't visible at this time,
Call it in through your imagination.
Notice the glow,
The warmth,
And perhaps choose to sense those facets of the sun through the lens of hope,
As though the sun brings the hope of this new day.
If it suits you to take a deep breath,
I invite you to do so now,
Drawing in through the nose,
Maybe holding for a moment,
And exhaling through the mouth.
If that feels good for you right now,
You might choose to continue deep breathing.
And may we together focus on the hope of this new day.
Many gifts await you today,
Opportunities for you to notice,
To create,
To claim,
Alignment to acknowledge,
The chance that everything works out for you today,
And the chance that things you didn't even imagine you wanted show up in your experience today.
What if everything in this day goes perfectly?
Why is it so easy to step into this day with confidence that everything is just right?
Here we are together in this new day,
In the light of the sun who is offering us hope,
Vision,
Peace,
And prosperity.
Consider returning to deep breathing,
And turn your face towards the morning sun.
I'll offer a timed breathing pattern that you may choose to participate in.

And hold again.

Gently awaken them.
Perhaps take a deep cleansing breath or even exhale with a sigh.
As you engage in what's coming next,
May you hold this hope.
