Okay,
So,
Welcome,
Good morning.
Practice.
Today.
He's one with an intention of medita.
Sympathetic joy.
The joy that we feel.
When we witness the joy of another.
What a beautiful word that is,
And what a.
.
.
Very specific feeling of joy that is.
When we see a grandchild laughing.
Or a dog running into the sea.
Or a cat purring by.
The hearth.
Or your best friend in a fit of giggles.
Someone's project coming off and being a success.
Getting the result they were hoping for.
When we see The ones we love.
Loving their life.
When all is well for them.
My mind has gone to that quote.
I don't know who said it,
But.
.
.
A someone once said something about flowers that.
.
.
When God laughs at flowers.
And that sort of holds the medita.
Sense for me,
Seeing flowers,
Seeing conkers,
Seeing berries.
So let's start our practice just by contacting that feeling.
For me,
It takes me straight into my heart.
I wonder if that is the same for you.
As we let the essence of medita drop into our bodies Perhaps we notice our body.
The weight of it.
It's a relationship with ground.
We awaken to the sensation of body.
We awaken to our breath.
Inviting it to move through us.
And its wisdom.
Binding us to all things.
Allowing our awareness to rest at the heart.
Curious around the sensation here in the heart space.
A pulse of the breath in the heart.
Physicality.
Of the art space.
Inviting the breath.
To open.
Biting the heart.
To open.
Perhaps noticing.
The ways in which opening feels.
Difficult.
Perhaps noticing.
Even if just for a glimmer.
How it feels.
When the heart opens.
I notice as I look down at my beloved dog stretched out beside me.
How my heart opens and expands.
To see him there so safe.
And well and then a contraction.
A protection.
Just trying to recognize that.
Wave at the heart.
Mediates.
I feel love.
And then you lose.
And the hurts.
The heart learns to defend.
So even in that moment of witnessing,
And feeling the love.
For my dog,
There's that memory of losing.
The Jokes.
In my past and a gentle,
Actually not that gentle contraction of protection.
And let yourself love too much.
It may hurt.
So the invitation to open.
The heart space allows us to see.
Wisdom that's here,
The intelligence in the contraction and the expansion.
The fantasy of just sort of melting into openness can meet The truth.
Truth of our hearts.
The limitations and the boundaries.
Around medita the ways we think we can keep ourselves safe.
And an invitation to be.
With all of that.
Rah Bhuvan.
Criticizing it or judging it,
Just be.
And now.
That you're allowed to be you.
In the ways that you work and operate.
And be yourself in this life.
Let yourself be you Easy.
Hmm.
Perhaps bringing your hands up to your heart space Allowing.
The experience of your practice to be what it is.
And having it just to be very honest.
We offer the fruits of our practice to ourselves,
To one another and to all beings.
Namaste.
Thank you so much for being here.
