Once again notice if there is tightness or discomfort.
Acknowledge whatever arises,
Peace and gentleness you found in your physical self.
Thoughts and feelings lose their hard edges.
Bliss missed.
In this deep state of relaxation enter the final stage of this inner.
Take a small step into your heart and soul.
It's a place of warmth and love.
The spark of the divine into this life emanates a beautiful light.
Let yourself rest in the beauty of this space that is your true and deepest essence.
As we head into the adventure this calm blissful state will remain with you and though we'll travel far you'll remain safe always tethered to your body through your breath.
The diffuse light that has enveloped you now begins to coalesce into a smaller distinct rest in your third eye approximately midpoint of your forehead.
Focus your attention on this glowing point and feel it begin working its powerful magic on your psyche.
The warmth of the flame radiates through your whole being making you aware that in this spacious realm all things are possible.
There is an affirming and vibrant energy to the flame and it's time for you to give it permission to lead you into the universe with no constrictions on who you are or what you'll do.
