You and me. I see you through my inner eye. I hear you through the ether of the universe. And I'm sitting with you in this moment on your journey crossing mine. Let's breathe together. Let's sit. Let's be in this moment with whatever the experience is. Whether it's grief. Whether it's sadness. Whether it's anger, Joy, Or despair. Take a breath with me. Sit. Let's sit together. Without having the need to change anything. Without any judgment or pressure. Simply breathe. Simply breathe and sit with me in this very moment in time. Because we are connected in this moment in time. You and me. Breathe and be you and me.
