This breathwork practice is both grounding and energizing. It is a simple and effective way to bring more awareness into the body while using the breath to transcend mental chatter. I will also guide you through 2 breath holds for 1 min and 15 seconds each. If you are not yet able to hold for that long, please work your way gently and without force, just release the hold at any time you need to. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
