Once you're in position,
Close your eyes.
Allow your breath to slow.
And as you turn your attention onto your breath,
Let your thoughts start to fall away.
And then feel all the places on your body that are connected and touching the earth.
Your senses start to withdraw with your eyes closed.
Open and expand your inner body,
Letting your feelings and your sensations grow.
And feel yourself in that perfect place between heaven and earth.
You're an open channel,
An open vessel.
Your breath is slow and gentle,
Moving freely,
With a subtle pause between each inhale and exhale.
Become aware of your energy in the room and the way that it's impacting the environment around you.
As you breathe in,
Straight from the center of the earth,
Start drawing that energy up through your body and into your head.
As you breathe out,
Let that energy descend down from the head into your heart,
Passing through your belly and straight down into the center of the earth.
Repeat this a few times,
Drawing energy up,
Gathering it above the top of the head,
And then bringing it straight back down to the center of the earth.
Each breath,
Fill your body with love to soften any of the walls or barricades,
Consciously releasing those patterns of gripping and holding.
With your next inhale,
Experience the breath coming up just the left side of the body,
Close to the spine,
All the way up to about 10 inches above your head.
And pause there before you exhale down,
Only the right side of the spine,
Descending inch by inch,
The entire length of the spine,
Slowly back into the core of the earth.
Then inhale up the right side,
Into the right side of the throat and the face,
To about 10 inches above the head.
And then you'll exhale down the left side,
Staying very close to the spine,
Through the body,
Straight down into the center of the earth.
And that's one full cycle.
Let's repeat that again,
Starting by drawing energy up from the earth into the left side of the body,
Before you exhale down,
Only the right side of the spine.
And then you'll exhale down the right side of the body,
Into the right side of the body,
Moving along the pathway,
Rather than the breath pushing along.
And your breath stays slow,
It stays long and gentle,
And very clear.
If you notice yourself getting bored,
It's the perfect time to stay focused on this simple pattern.
Recognize that the possibility exists to establish a new pattern of focus.
Stay present and keep filling your body with love.
Feel the love and relax more.
And now I invite you to start washing the body clean,
Starting on the left side.
Inhale up the entire left side of the body,
Coming all the way to the top of the head,
And pause there.
And as you exhale down the entire right side of the body,
Your breath is raining down like a shower,
Softly,
Slowly,
Drop by drop.
And repeat that,
The breath drawing up the whole right side to about 10 inches above your head.
Pause there.
And as you exhale down the left side,
The breath washes through you like a shower,
Clearing away anything that's stuck or dull.
And starting on the left side again,
You'll breathe up,
Repeat this pattern a few more times,
Coming to the top of the head,
And then the breath washing down the whole right side of the body.
Coming back up through the right side,
Pause about 10 inches above the head,
And the breath washes down the left side of the body,
Showering you with purity and clear thought.
And repeat this pattern.
And as you get lost in your thoughts,
Just stop and come back and breathe.
Now both sides of the body breathing in harmony,
So inhaling up from the center of the earth,
Filling your entire body up through the spine,
The throat,
The face,
To 10 inches above your head,
And you'll pause there.
And then move back down through the face and throat,
Filling the heart as the breath descends straight back to the center of the earth.
And repeat a few more times at your own pace,
Drawing energy up through the earth to fill your body.
And then both sides breathing together,
Up through the crown of the head,
And then straight back down into the center of the earth.
Allow your breath to return to its normal rhythm and pace.
And feel your entire body vibrant and aligned with health.
Feel balanced.
Feel calm and clear.
Allow your eyes to open slowly when you're ready to move back into the external reality again.
And this practice is complete.
Thank you.
