Thank you for being here.
I would like to begin by taking a few deep breaths together.
So I invite you now to take a deep deep deep deep deep breath in through your nose.
And sigh it out.
Let it all out and let it all release through your mouth.
Once again,
Deep breath in through your nose and deep deep deep breath out through your mouth.
And one last time.
Take a deep breath in.
Imagine you're breathing in all the energy,
All the new energy,
All the new light that you're desiring.
And with the exhale feel free to release everything that seems to weigh heavy on your soul,
Your heart,
Your spirit.
Beautiful.
So if you haven't done it already,
I want to invite you to close your eyes.
And for the first few moments,
Really simply just feel.
Take the time to sense your whole body.
Sense where your body is resting.
On the floor,
On the couch,
On the bed,
On the pillow,
Or even on the earth.
Or wherever it is you're sitting.
And take this as an invitation also to notice gravity.
How's gravity pulling your body down and holding you?
Keeping you safe.
Here in this body,
Here on the earth.
And then wander slightly upwards,
Up over your spine and also feel the other parts of your body.
Feel your chest,
Feel your arms,
Feel your shoulders,
Your neck.
Until ultimately you reach your head.
And at the crown of your head,
Imagine a little place opening.
And imagine a light coming out from the crown of your head and connecting way,
Way,
Way,
Way,
Way up into the sky.
And depending if you're rather a person who loves the sun and the activity of the day,
Or if you're rather a night owl,
You might want to imagine this light coming from out of your,
Out of the top of your head,
Connecting either with the sun or with a star of your choice.
And feel it really,
Really strongly.
Feel this connection to this light above you and this light within you.
Connecting you to the entire world.
And then take this light and let it travel down,
Down,
Down,
Down your head,
Your neck and down your spine.
Until eventually it reaches the earth or the floor where you're sitting and let it continue to travel down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down.
And allow yourself to feel and acknowledge the support of the earth underneath you.
Allow yourself to feel held,
Protected and safe.
And then I invite you also to imagine around you a circle of protection.
This can be anything you imagine it to be.
It can be crystals,
It can be plants,
Trees,
Animals or simply colors or music or fire or water.
It can be really anything that you allow your mind to imagine.
And imagine the circle around you and make sure to really close it.
Make sure that it's all around you and once you've completed it,
Allow yourself to really fully feel the protection of the circle as it holds you,
As it protects you.
This is only your space and it's your choice what you allow in and what you don't.
And for now really just stay in this space and let it just be your space,
Uniquely your space.
And in this space I invite you to really feel what would you like to fill the space in with.
What kind of emotions do you desire to feel?
What kind of experiences do you desire to have in your life?
What kind of moments would you like to live?
What kind of scents and smells would you like to notice?
What kind of sounds would you like to hear?
And how would you like your body to feel?
How would you like your mind to be?
Invite in some clarity,
Trust,
Grounding,
Fulfilment,
Abundance,
Joy,
Love,
Authentic connection,
Mutual support,
Belonging,
Self-realization,
Freedom,
Peace,
And infinite trust in you,
Infinite trust in life,
Infinite trust in everything that's occurring.
And feel yourself in the center of all the beautiful experiences and qualities that we've just called in.
Feel yourself in the center of it and let them nourish you,
Let them protect you,
Let them touch you,
Let them heal you and let them bring you light.
And breathe in deeply,
Allow yourself to feel expansive,
Strong,
And free.
Allow yourself to truly open up,
To receive everything that you feel you need and everything you do need will be provided for.
Trust that everything you need is here for you and trust that everything you're searching for is inside of you.
Sometimes it takes journeys and challenges and many different puzzle pieces until eventually the one right piece comes and fits in and completes our journey of healing and transformation.
And yet this journey is such a mysterious one and we sometimes never know what comes next.
None of us truly ever know what comes next.
But what matters most is that we're truly here,
We're truly present,
And we truly allow ourselves to love the moment as it is right now.
And we allow ourselves to forgive ourselves,
One another,
Life itself,
Or anything that have caused us or others pain.
And in that moment we realize we always have the choice to recreate our lives,
Beginning exactly where we are.
We always have this choice.
And so knowing that you have this freedom deep,
Deep down inside of you,
What would you like your life to be like?
What do you imagine it and what way do you imagine it unfolding?
Allow the visions to come to you.
And sometimes this may be difficult because we may feel like we don't deserve to live in that magical way or because there might be some pain which is in between and underneath.
And for this,
The practice of alchemy is really powerful.
So if you do experience some form of resistance or challenge to really dive into your most beautiful dream life,
Even just in your imagination,
Then I would invite you now to connect deeply with yourself on all levels,
Mental,
Emotional,
Physical,
And spiritual.
And ask your higher self what it is that you need to know about this pain and where it is located in your body.
And if a spot in your body or a place in your body shows up,
That's great.
If it doesn't,
That's also totally fine.
Just stay with the feeling as it is and it will come clear whenever it's important for you that it comes clear.
Trust the process.
If it is a space in your body and it comes clear,
It may be in your stomach.
A lot of emotions are stored in the stomach.
And for me,
It's also a long journey to heal everything that's there.
Or it may be in any other part of your body,
Your neck,
Your back,
Your legs,
Your arms.
Just sense it.
Allow yourself to fully sense it and physically sense it.
And for now,
Try to disconnect it from the stories that may be around it.
Those may be stories of memories of the past or fears of the future.
Those may be stories judging yourself or someone else.
No matter what they are,
Allow them to be,
But don't focus on them too much for now.
And try to distance them from the physical sensation and just focus on the physical sensation.
And then take a deep,
Deep breath in and allow the sensation to expand,
To get bigger,
To get stronger,
To take up more space.
Even if it's super uncomfortable,
Allow it to take up more space.
And then as you release,
Allow it to be softened,
To be soothed.
And as you release,
Allow yourself to say yes to this emotion,
To say yes to yourself,
To say yes to everything that was,
Everything that is,
And everything that ever will be.
Because these emotions don't define you.
No matter how hard or heavy or impossibly to resolve they may feel,
They don't define you.
And ultimately,
They are all impermanent.
Sometimes it takes years of practice until we can fully release them.
But we can,
And that's the only thing that's really important.
So,
Allow yourself to feel the impermanence of this emotion and know that it doesn't define you.
It doesn't diminish your worth in any way.
And it doesn't make you smaller,
Less lovable,
Or less beautiful than you are.
Because you always are that.
You always are love in every moment of your life and beyond.
And even before that,
You always are love.
And to reconnect with this source of love,
Let's now dive into the other polarity.
We've looked at the pain,
We allowed some aspect or some part of pain to come up to be visible.
And now,
Let's first take a deep breath.
In and then out.
To fully release and then connect with the situation in your life where you felt really strong,
Really confident,
Really brave,
Really beautiful.
Or in any other way,
Really just good and grounded and centered and free.
And call this memory inside of you.
Call this memory to come into your thoughts,
Into your emotions,
Into your heart.
And really come alive in your whole entire body and in your whole entire being.
And perhaps even now you're already noticing a slight difference,
Even just as a mention.
This memory of yours.
And allow it to expand into your body.
And if your lips curl into a smile,
Allow them.
It's beautiful.
If you feel some tingling,
Allow it.
If you begin to feel a growing lightness,
Allow it.
And even if those things are not happening so quickly and you're perhaps even still searching for which memory to pick,
Just trust.
Take your time and allow yourself to trust that your intuition will guide you to the right place that you need.
And whenever you have the memory,
It can also be a combination of memories.
Or if no memory comes to you,
It can really also just be the imagination of how you would love to feel.
And take that and breathe it in.
And let it expand deeply and deeply and deeply inside your whole body.
Let it expand even beyond your body.
Let it expand in your whole auric field.
Let it purify every aspect of yourself that has believed you're not good enough.
You're too small or too big or too this or too that.
Let any aspect of yourself that has believed that you're wrong in any way,
Let it be diminished.
Let it be dissolved.
And let the strong energy of love and purity and courage wash over it and transmute it,
Transform it.
And as this process happens,
Know that even if you might not feel it so strongly now,
Your thoughts are powerful.
Your breath is powerful.
And even now,
Your reality is beginning to shift.
So allow yourself to really bathe in the sensation of this positive emotion that you created.
This positive image,
This positive memory or this dream for how you want to feel.
And allow it to fill up your whole body from head over your neck,
Over your shoulders,
Your collarbone,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your back,
Your stomach,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Your lower legs,
Your feet.
Allow it all to be encompassed with this beautiful energy.
And then visualize this energy as a form of light radiating out,
Outside of you and filling the whole room that you're in with love.
Filling every relationship you have to other human beings or animals or plants or any beings you love.
Allow it to fill those relationships of any kind as well.
Let your relationships and all kinds of connections to others be filled and infused with this gentle and healing light that is just yours.
It is uniquely and divinely yours.
This is your healing frequency.
This is your own individual and unique healing energy.
And this is so beautiful and this is always inside of you at any point in time.
And allow it to spread also to every form of creation you're doing in the world.
To any form of work you're doing in the world.
To any places you visit.
Let it radiate there and fill it with light,
Every single aspect of it.
And let even situations that are challenging for you,
Let them be filled with this light and know that this light is always inside of you and it's always guiding you and it continues to guide you.
The only thing you need to do is connect with it and reconnect with it in the situation.
And I invite you now to also send a blessing to your day and to your entire week ahead.
Gifting light to every situation you encounter,
To every connection,
Every relationship you're a part of.
To every form of energy exchange that happens between you and other people,
Between you and the world,
Between you and places,
Plants,
Animals,
Elements of nature,
The sun.
Really this light is blessing you and your connection to everything,
Even to the floor underneath your feet and the air that surrounds your body.
It's blessing everything and you are the one holding this sacred healing frequency.
So allow this frequency to be yours and see before your inner eye if there are any other places,
Situations or relationships that I haven't mentioned yet.
Or any places inside of you as well in your inner world where you feel you might need this light and let it flow there.
Let it fill it up with light and blessings and love.
And know that this is your own unique energy.
This is the energy inside of you which carries always exactly the healing that you need.
And the more you open up to it,
The stronger it becomes.
And the more you honor and appreciate it,
The stronger it becomes.
And the more you love yourself unconditionally,
In every moment,
Throughout every challenge,
The stronger it becomes.
So trust this energy.
Allow it to seep through your entire being on all levels,
Mental,
Emotional,
Physical and spiritual.
Allow it to bless your entire experience of life.
And also allow it to flow into that part of your body that felt a bit heavier if there was a certain part.
And now visualize that part full of this light energy.
Entirely full of this energy.
And vibrating and pulsing and living and breathing full of this energy of magic and light.
And then slowly begin to feel your body more again.
And visualize once again the sacred circle around you,
Protecting you and your energy.
And know that it's still there.
And know that whenever you need it,
You can call upon it.
You can simply close your eyes for a short moment and call upon it,
Remember it,
To reactivate it.
And know that in any situation in your life,
You can also call upon this light.
It is always inside of you.
It is always available to you.
It's an ever-flowing current of energy which is here just to support you.
Just uniquely,
Individually,
You.
And also take a few deep breaths.
If you feel like you want to keep sitting with closed eyes for a while,
You can do that.
And simply come back whenever it is the right moment for you.
Perhaps to be guided by new images which may show up.
Or new sensations in your body or new realizations which this inner journey that we just did together has probably inspired in you.
So if you have the feeling you would like to do it and you have the time,
Please enjoy it.
Otherwise,
If you want to come back to the physical reality,
The visible reality,
Take a deep breath as it feels right for you.
And imagine it to travel down deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep into your feet.
And then you can begin by moving your body gently.
You can stretch your arms.
You can touch yourself.
You can make any movement that feels comfortable.
And then you can blink your eyes open and arrive back in the physical space that you're in right now.
