Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

This is a little invitation to ground yourself and really arrive within your own body and really see and feel in every cell of your being the beautiful,

Beautiful soul that you are.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths.

You can softly gaze around the room or the place where you're in right now.

You can softly caress your own body and really just invite this image of softening in.

Soften your gaze,

Soften your breath,

Soften your movements.

Take another deep breath and if you're ready,

I invite you to close your eyes.

Your hands can rest on your knees,

Palms facing up for receiving.

Your energy are facing down for grounding.

Take a deep breath.

Feel your weight upon the floor,

The chair,

The cushion,

Wherever you're sitting and notice how this weight distributes in your legs,

In your feet,

In your sit bones and notice how is your spine.

If you're leaning a little bit forward,

Which I am right now,

You can lean a little bit back and imagine your shoulders strapping down the back body and imagine your head resting in one line with your sit bones and your back.

And in this place,

I would like to invite you in if you wish to,

To set an intention for yourself for this practice.

This can be something that you want to invite into your life,

Something that you feel might be beneficial to your process and your experiences in life right now.

It can be very simple or also a little bit more complex.

It can be an affirmation in the sense of I am,

For instance,

I am grounded.

I am connected.

I am free.

Or it can be any other sense of affirmation that serves you right now.

Take a little time.

Normally the first thing that comes to your mind is the right thing,

So welcome it in.

And even if nothing shows up,

Your intention can just be to arrive more fully in your body and connect with your breath if you choose to.

Okay.

So I invite you for now to focus on your breathing for about a minute or two and just observe softly how your breath is going in and out of your nose.

Just observe and if thoughts or emotions or sensations come up,

Allow them space to be without attaching to them and just return to your breath.

Okay.

And as you come back to your intention,

If you chose a specific one,

I would like to ask you what is it that you need in order to allow more of the chosen quality to flow into your life and how can you open yourself up internally to receive those things which bring you a smoother,

More loving,

Calm,

Peaceful approach to life?

You can if you wish to after this video ends take some time to journal about it if anything came up for you or even if nothing shows up right now,

It might show up in unexpected ways or small moments of epiphanies where the universe shows you what it is and you can feel into what it is that brings you to bloom.

And for now let's close the session.

Let's bring our hands in prayer position in front of our heart,

Thanking Mother Earth,

Thanking the Sun and the stars,

The fire,

The water,

The air,

And sending love out to all beings in the universe and beyond.

I love you so much and I wish you a beautiful,

Peaceful,

Calm moment in time.
