Hello,

My friend.

This is your time to ground back into your body and your heart.

Breathing deeply into this life just as it is right here,

Right now.

Anchoring in the body and the breath here,

Right now.

Take a moment to explore the five senses.

Noticing what you see around you.

Noticing the shapes and the colors.

Taking in the sounds.

Remembering that they are just waves.

That enter your eardrum.

Allow them to come and go.

No different than a breeze.

Notice the smells as you take a deep inhale.

Let go of judgment.

Just let everything be just as it is.

You are the wise observer.

Notice any taste you have in your mouth.

And then feel the body.

Sense the sensations on the skin.

From your fingertips and your feet to the cooler on your face.

And sensing the clothing,

Hair,

Eyeglasses if you have them.

Even the sensation of earrings dangling from the earlobe.

Notice it all but without judgment.

Does the clothing feel tight in some locations?

Does the air feel cool or warm?

Does the body have any sensation of pain or discomfort?

And then cycle back again.

Noticing the things you see.

Again,

No judgment.

Allow it all to just come to your eyes with curiosity and interest.

Notice the sounds.

Again,

With curiosity and interest.

Smells and taste with curiosity and interest.

And any physical sensations with curiosity and interest.

Feel yourself holistically very present in this moment with your full awareness and all the senses.

Allowing yourself to be grounded right here on the chair.

Feeling the chair,

Feeling the feet firmly planted on the ground.

Sensing gravity holding you here.

Remember in this moment,

You're safe.

You're taking care of yourself.

And you are very present.

The sense of spacious awareness all around you.

How does it feel when you're very deeply connected with all the senses simultaneously?

What do you notice about yourself and this world and your relationship to your world when you really activate awareness of the senses?
