Hello my friend,
This is your time to ground back into your body and your heart,
Breathing deeply into this life,
Just as it is,
Right here,
Right now.
Gratitude helps us create a balance in life between struggle and acceptance,
Allowing things to be seen for what they are without judgment,
And purposefully shifting towards appreciation,
Curiosity,
Wonder,
And delight.
Let us sit together with an open heart,
Arriving in this present moment,
Slowing down the breath,
Deepening it into the belly.
Meet whatever is with loving awareness.
Broaden your perspective and intentionally welcome in the good.
Allow it to fill you with light.
Pay attention to what trickles into the mind's eye when we bring gratitude into the heart.
Lightly touch what you feel grateful for,
The people who have impacted your life,
The experiences that have allowed you to grow,
The things of this world that inspire awe and wonder.
Notice what is the felt sense of deep gratitude for you.
Feel into the ripple effect of joy overflowing from a grateful heart.
Feel joy translate into acceptance,
Compassion,
And love.
