Hello,
My friend,
This is your time to ground back into your body and your heart,
Breathing deeply into this life just as it is right here,
Right now.
Starting with a deep breath into the belly,
Allow a release with every exhale.
You may even choose to sigh,
Release with the gentle sound that vibrates through our chest and upper back,
Allowing a gentle release around the heart space,
Feeling the calm flow with the breath in and out of the body and sensing the compassionate heart gently open like a smile.
Feel into an allowing of all things just as they are.
Take the seat of the wise observer,
Seeing clearly,
Without judgment,
Without dialogue,
Without judgment.
When a thought arises,
Just see it for what it is,
A thought.
Let go of any attachment to it and watch it dissipate.
Notice any of the busy mind stuff the brain creates,
Allow it to be noticed as it arises and then let go of it to watch it pass.
No judgment,
No expectations,
No fear,
No likes or dislikes,
Just life.
Notice our attachment to past,
Ruminating on what should have happened.
Breathe into the present moment and loosen its grip.
Notice our attachment to the future and our wish to control something outside of ourselves.
Breathe into this present moment and loosen its grip.
Stay with this present moment,
Feel into it,
Settle right here,
Body,
Heart,
And mind.
No judgment,
No expectation,
No fear,
No likes or dislikes,
Just life.
In this present moment,
Which is all we ever have,
Notice if you're holding any resistance in your body to either physical or emotional pain.
Notice how it stirs up suffering.
Acknowledge the suffering,
Acknowledge the pain,
But ask the resistance to step aside.
Offer it gratitude for its attempt to protect you and then release and flow with every breath.
Right here in this present moment.
Breathing in,
I'm calm.
Breathing out,
I let go.
Breathing in,
I accept things as they are.
Breathing out,
I let go.
Breathing in,
I flow with life.
Breathing out,
I am at peace.
