Whatever you're doing,

Whatever is happening,

Allow it all to be just as it is.

Take a deep breath in and slow down with the exhale.

Exhale,

Flow with each breath like waves on the shore.

Feel your connection to the earth.

Feel yourself alive right here in this body,

In this moment.

Breathe in a sense of ease.

Breathe out a sense of allowing.

Allowing everything to be just as it is.

Letting go of the grip of time and expectations.

Letting go of needing it to be any different than it is.
